Perfect location, beautiful apartment

Location was perfect. Metro station was a 5 min walk and the bus stop was outside the apartment. Lots of shops and restaurants around the apartment. Everything is walking distance: Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona. The staff were amazing at checking us in and providing information on how to get around and suggesting restaurants. The apartment was spacious and beautiful and the host provided complimentary snacks and drinks. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Rome.

The noise from the street travels to the room very easily, especially late night party goers using the bus.

The owner Livia and her sons were extremely helpful. They helped us to arrange transport from airport to the apartment, and from the apartment to the cruise port as part of the service. They even helped to carry our luggage and waited with us for the van. We are very grateful for their service.

Great host and location

The property was immaculate! Livia’s sons met us and were very helpful. The refrig had drinks and there were snacks as well. The Lift was very handy and from the location you could walk to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, metro and hop on/off bus. Lots of great restaurants and gelato. Only negatives were no caddies or shelf in the showers for shampoo, conditioner etc. while there is an all in one pump in the shower, that might not be your choice. Also, perhaps a dresser or wardrobe in the bedroom without one. Easy communications and very helpful!

Great location and host!

Positives were the location was awesome. Walked to Trevi fountain and great places to eat dinner. Hosts are wonderful! They are super willing to help. Arranged drivers from airport and to the ship. The apartment has coffee, but no cream, and great snacks! Great towels!

The shower in one room was so tiny, that if you lifted your leg and bent it to wash your feet, it opened the door. Also, had black mold all around the bottom, which really bothered me. Outside street noise is very loud at night.No closet in our room, but a bar over a table you have to move to hang longer clothes. Check in is a little confusing to find.

Very clean. Very good air condition in entire apartment. Host was on time to hand over keys. Elevator to second floor.

Amazing. A true gem in the heart of Rome

The location, literally 5 minutes from the Trevi Fountain was exceptional. You have a metro station two minutes away, an abundance of shops and restaurants on your doorstep and plenty of shopping nearby. I truly couldn’t pick a better location and would use this place without a doubt if we visited Rome again

The apartment is fully serviced and self contained with a washing machine but no iron and ironing board. I know it sounds really picky but the place could benefit from having one

Central apartment close to all the sights of Rome

Amazing location right next to the Trevi Fountains. Within walking distance of most of the spots you will want to visit and close to the metro to visit the Vatican. Very spacious and amazing air conditioning which was needed after a long day of sightseeing.

Great stay in the heart of Rome.

The property was spotless. Probably the cleanest vacation rental I've been in. Alfredo was responsive and very helpful both before we came and during our stay. He met us at the door, showed us the place and suggested some local restaurants, both of which were wonderful. Having a washing machine was very useful during our stay.

Det var vores første ophold i Rom og vores oplevelse med ophold var meget tilfredsstillende Alle de ting , du ønsker under ophold, kan nås: -Meget komfortabelt og rent -Tæt på alle de seværdigheder-4-5 min. til Trevi fontæne (bare at gå), 10-15 minutter til Ispanjol trapper -ved siden af lIspanyol trapper ligger: Alla de Rampe”( som er en af de bedste restaurant / meget lækkert dessert ), Pizzaeria. -26 minutter til Collesium( du kan bare gå), -10 minutter til Pantheon -27 minutter til Treni station Til alle ovenstående steder er vi bare gået med foden, som var hyggeligt og sundt 😀❤️👍

Uma estadia confortável e acolhedora junto ao centro de histórico de Roma.

Localização incrível, perto do centro histórico, perto do metrô, em frente à uma parada de ônibus. Farmácias, restauranes e supermercados próximos. Apartamento e anfitriões acolhedores. Foram deixadas diversas amenidades na cozinha. O anfitrião forneceu mapa, indicando e explicando o acesso aos pontos turísticos e restaurantes. Mesmo estando em uma rua principal movimentada, o apartamento é bastante silencioso. Possui acesso por meio de elevador.

O box de um dos banheiros é muito pequeno. O fogão de indução era complexo de operar (sugiro que deixem instruções, ou demonstrem como operá-lo). O aquecedor de água não era capaz de fornecer água quente para dois banhos simultâneos. O filtro da ar-condicionado estava bem sujo, sugiro que verifiquem a limpeza dos aparelhos com maior frequência,

Buena ubicación. Habitaciones amplias.

Mala accesibilidad con niños. A pesar de tener ascensor tienes que subir tres escaleras para llegar a él y el carro del bebé no cabe, tienes que plegarlo y sacar al bebé de él. El apartamento es muy ruidoso, impidiendo conciliar el sueño ni de los adultos ni de los niños. El personal poco empático, tuvimos que insistir en que nos diera una llave de la puerta principal grande para poder entrar con el carro porque por la de peatones no cabe el carro. A la hora del check out no acusó de haber perdido un juego de llaves insistiendo que nos había dado dos pero solo nos dio uno.

Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig aber stilvoll eingerichtet, die Betten sind bequem, die Lage perfekt! Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Getränke und Frühstückssnacks stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Man hört den Strassenlärm in den Schlafzimmern recht gut, trotz geschlossenen Fenstern.

L'appartamento si trova all' interno di un palazzo antico, per accedervi è possibile usare l' ascensore. È arredato con gusto, moderno e chic. Camere spaziose e ben insonorizzate, letti comodi. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario, pulito e di buona qualità. I gestori (la signora e i due figli) sono stati disponibili e solerti per ogni necessità e richiesta. Si trova in zona centralissima, vicino a Piazza Barberini e alla fontana di Trevi. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato diverse cose offerte per la colazione e il frigo pieno di bibite. Veramente un' ottima accoglienza!
