Best breakfast ever, according to daughter. Lovely quiet spot to connect with nature and enjoy good food. The pool is a treat and we had it all to ourselves.

The perennial borders were full of interesting plants, trees and flowers. The house was built on an ancient monastery site and was peaceful and quiet. Best nights sleep of our trip.

The house is full of charm and the gardens are fabulous. Plenty of space for walks and a field for our dogs to play in. The indoor swimming pool was a real bonus! Lovely freshly cooked breakfast also.
The layout of our room. Whilst the main part of the bedroom was very spacious and nicely laid out, the bath tub and shower were in an doorless alcove, only separated from the room by a curtain.
