Location, quietness, comfy beds
Kitchen needs refurbishing. Steps to apartment not suitable for anyone with walking disabilities especially if carrying luggage/bags. Hall flooring could be tidied up. Nowhere to get a drink or food at the location as Manor only open for private functions. Would have been nice to see inside the Manor but appreciate parts still unsafe after the fire a few years ago. Poor Wi-Fi/tv reception.

Thornton Manor is an incredible place with an incredible history. The opportunity to explore the gardens was a huge treat, and the room was very comfortable and well laid out
It was a little difficult to find the housekeepers annex initially

Smelt musty on arrival. No frills. Saw no-one else the whole time we were there.
