The Luxury Coach House on Sefton Park

This was a perfect little house across the road from the park, my two sons and granddaughter could all enjoy each others company. We could have cups of tea made in the lovely modern kitchen. The furnishings all round were comfortable and modern. I turned off the hot water switch by mistake and the owners communicated promptly to advise me. It was a stones throw away from Lark Lane where we walked for dinner at a lovely Italian. We could park on site for free which was great. We will definitely stay here again. The hosts were amazing!

Recently stayed at The Coach House with a group of friends - it is a spacious and beautifully appointed property, in a perfect location for Sefton Park and Lark Lane - the communication was excellent from the point of booking and throughout. Would highly recommend!

Modern and well equipped. Spacious. Parking on site. Good location near Lark Lane and Sefton Park

Lack of accessible plugs next to bed in main bedroom. Only one toilet roll to be found in whole house. Sure this must have been an oversight as it was otherwise well equipped.

Excellent location, nice looking property and well fitted inside. Kitchen and living area well designed. Plenty of en-suites. All clean. Parking appreciated. Arrival communications very good and felt owner contact was good.

Would be helpful to have a brief welcome note/folder on arrival to confirm how things work - we didn’t have any problems as only stayed one night but if we’d stayed longer I wasn’t sure about heating, hot water, bins and what we did with rubbish. Also some local info ie nearest shop etc - I know we all have phones these days but personal touch always appreciated! There was only one loo roll which wasn’t ideal - particularly after a long journey and only staying one night we hadn’t planned on going shopping. Also not expected but a small pint of milk left in fridge to make a cup of tea also nice touch. Not sure if the accommodation is recently converted for Lettings but it did feel a bit functional which was perfect for a nights stay but if I was staying longer I’d want to feel more homely.
