Fantastic location, parking space included, very clean accommodation, very generous welcome pack of local gifts left, all facilities that you would need were provided, including airer and drying cupboard which is very useful after rainy days in the lakes. Excellent shower and bathroom facilities. Would definitely stay again.

Upstairs tvs did not work. This was not an issue for us but worth noting.

Located in quiet cul-de-sac not far from city centre

Hard to find.

We liked the quiet location, within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants, and easy road access to the rest of the Lake District. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, the bathroom was lovely with soft fluffy towels, and the welcome pack on arrival was great and really made us feel welcome. There was also a good array of books and games for wet days, although fortunately we didn't get any of those. The parking space was also much appreciated. We would not hesitate to recommend this property.

There was nothing negative. The only extra thing we would have appreciated was a 2nd toilet, separate form the bathroom.
