The most uncomfartabke stay

Location

Smelly, dusty, felt like bed linen were not changed after previous use, was bitten by dust mites in the bed all night, even after complaining about it nothing was done to sort it out. Couldn’t able to sleep properly for 2 nights with all this nuisance. My kid specially cried all night with this uncomfortable situation. Very very bad experience.

No lift When lounge window opened, there was a strong smell of weed being smoked from the flats below

It is in the most perfect location for us to get the bus to wherever we wanted to go. The apartment is clean and well kitted out for us to cook.

location was excellent - in a nice quiet town with easy access out to most of the main road to get to the lakes / walks. flat was a really good size, met all our needs, and was very clean on arrival.

we had an issue with the parking space being occupied by someone else for the first night of our stay which caused some confusion. there was also building work happening at one of the other flats which was VERY loud throughout the complex for half of our stay, but that can't be helped sometimes as it's privately owned accommodation.
