Plenty of rooms. Spacious

Upon arrival house had not been cleaned from previous occupants. This was sorted relatively quick. No dishwasher in kitchen. Driveway is almost impossible to get into with a large family car. Water from sinks falls straight onto driveway . No pipework. Toilet too close to bathroom wall and does not flush properly

Well located for a business trip in Fforestfach.

The location was ideal for my trip to work with one of the companies on the Fforestfach industrial estate. The bed was comfortable and house warmed up well with the heating on. The KG Property team were very fast to respond to issues flagged with the bathroom light and downstairs toilet.

General condition of the house could be better - carpets are quite stained and there's some mould around the windows and bathroom. It's also located on a busy main road, but given the location, difficult to avoid that.

This place can host max of 8 people but when you put 8 in the house it is not big enough

Excellent communication by the host. Good driving distance to beautiful Spots/places

Property can host 8 people but not enough things for 8 people to use. Only 4 chairs plus a small dinning table, only 6 plates and bowls, oven is small, cannot accommodate dinner/food for large group. Right next to the main road, traffic noise can be heard. Garden is totally empty so guest cannot use the garden at all during good weather. Rooms got good size but no wardrobes provided. This is not ideal when you want to store or put away things. Most importantly - we stayed four nights and both kitchen and bathroom didn't have any hot water running from the tap. Luckily the shower worked fine. This is most disappointing and inconvenient!!!

Total JOKE!!

They take your deposit very willingly

Quite possibly the worst place we have rented! As others have said the parking can hardly be called parking! On arrival there was a mound of rubbish in the back garden and bist scattered all over that must have come from the bags, but that's not the worst bit, on check out they accused our people of smoking in the property and causing damage to the property that on all counts is in a terrible state of repair! Shockingly the supposed damage charge was the full deposit amount of £150. When I disputed the fact that we didn't cause the damage and that no one who stayed at the house even smoked we were flatly told the deposit would not be returned. We will be taking this further but for anyone else thinking of booking "The Location" STAY AWAY they are con artists!! Oh and if you like your toilets attached to the floor keep searching!
