Comfortable apartment with a parking space and good view of the lake. Fab location, just yards from beach front and about 25 minute drive to Wales Botanical Gardens. Not too far from train station and easy drive to nearby beaches. Don’t be put off by sad town, the place is surrounded by beauty.
Minor point, no oven gloves or baking tray. Some out of date food in kitchen cupboard (in containers so no health hazard).
