Beautiful and homely

We came for a party in Swansea and we got back to the apartment very late, past midnight.I like the fact that the host genuinely cares! We couldn’t figure out how to get in the apartment from the main door, before we figured it out. We already called but it was 1a.m nobody picked up and the host called first thing in the morning to make sure we got in alright and if anything was needed.

For our purposes it was excellent, in that we were seeking a quiet location close to Swansea.

Closeness to the coastal path, ease of access to local sights. Quiet location, no noisy neighbours. Comfortable accommodation, cooking facilities.

There were problems with the hob which was malfunctioning but the owner rapidly provided a plug-in set of rings. There could also have been easier guidance to find the property.

5 star stay in a beautiful spotlessly clean apartment

Great location.. most importantly absolutely spotless Perfect apartment with lovely touches by the owners that you very rarely get.. cleaning equipment, tea and coffee and various condiments. Apartment was spotless on arrival and had everything you would need for a great stay. Great communication from the owners from start of booking right through to the end. I would highly recommend this property if visiting the area .. great location right next to beach.

Fabulous property

Absolutely loved this property which was perfect for our three-night stay. The location was excellent for touring the lovely south-west area of Wales. Everything we needed to ensure our stay was comfortable was provided by the owners.

Had a really great time

Great location next to a lake you can swim in and right on the coast for coastal walks. St Ellis right around the corner sells ice cream. Short drive to Pembrey country park where we spent a couple of days on the beautiful sandy beach there bodyboarding. Also went to the Gower peninsula a couple of times and body boarded at rhossili beach. And lovely walk along the cliffs at rhossili. The Appartment had most things you would need and was very clean.

Llanelli apartment

The apartment was a nice size, clean modern, washing machine and dishwasher handy. 2 minutes from the beach Bathroom lovely

2 rings on the hob didn't work. Beds need new mattresses to be firmer double bed felt insecure due to creaking when moving.. Not a sea view as stated. Tv signal hit and miss WiFi weak

Lovely apartment in good location

The double bed was very comfortable. As was the apartment, that had everything that we needed. The balcony was a nice touch.

The two single beds were not that comfortable, as the springs could be felt in the mattresses . One was a camping bed.

Great for a couple of nights away from it all

Good powerful hot shower, nice kitchen diner, plenty of shampoo etc in the bathroom Lovely location right on the estuary & next to the old dock, 2 very nice places to eat and drink within easy walking distance, nice to watch the swimmers and paddle boarders using the dock

The apartment smelled of cooking (we didn’t not cook in the apartment) on arrival we ventilated but as soon as you shut everything during the day the smell returned, the dishwasher was also very smelly (we didn’t use that either) but we put it on a hot wash and left it open and it was fine after, the curtains in the lounge are very light and sat watching tv in the evening you feel very exposed as the people walking by could see in! The bed seemed small although a double, it wasn’t very comfortable and made a lot of noise like it was going to break when you got in and out or moved in the night (given the size of the room a bigger bed would easily fit and would be a welcome upgrade)

Lovely, quiet flat

It's a nice, quiet flat with everything you need, comfortable and clean and attractive. The location is great, near beautiful walks, and a natural pool where you can swim is just across the road.

There's nothing bad to say. It's on the ground floor so there's no lovely view to enjoy but that's being very picky.

Was our second time here. Easy access, good parking, Great for 4 adults. Basically all functions.

Some kitchen accessories would need updating. The Double bed is really bad, uncomfortable. It squeaks & too short.

Convenient apartment

Well located apartment, although you do need a car to get around. Situated right next to the beach, with lovely walks in the area. The apartment is well equipped with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Apartment was easy to find, parking right outside.

The mattress in the main bedroom was too hard to sleep on, and the bed frame was a bit creaky. The electric hob was very slow to heat, and only 2 of the 4 plates worked properly. The sofa in the living room could do with a deep clean. Kitchen cabinet handles need cleaning, they were grimy from previous use, especially the utensil drawers and the dishwasher. Blinds let in a lot of light, they could do with replacing with blackout blinds for a more comfortable sleep. Unfortunately, the worst was the noise coming from the apartment above. There is zero sound proofing. The neighbours had their music / tv on until 1am, and then started again 6am in the morning. We didn't have a proper sleep during our stay, which spoilt it.

Great apartment, good size and very clean. All facilities were provided which was very useful. All instructions are clearly listed and easy to follow. Host is very responsive and helpful and the area has very friendly neighbours. Location is great, nice beach just behind the property. Offered great peace of mind.

Location was fantastic for us. Park across the road for our children. Such a lovely apartment. Everything you need. Highly recommend and will definitely book again. I've even told family who are going to book. So easy to collect keys.
