Amazing location. Spotless apartment with great facilities. Balcony was so relaxing and peaceful with the most stunning views and sunset. Lovely host who provided milk on arrival and was always on hand to answer any questions. Would recommend and we will be back to stay again.

Beautiful bay and amazing flat

The flat is beautiful, clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and even better in the winter when the migratory birds gather in the bay. Mel was brilliant at keeping in touch and letting us know what to do

The parkings are very narrow so be aware of this if you have a larger car.

The apartment was so much better than having to pay for two rooms in a hotel for three adults, two double bedrooms, kitchen/dinner bath/shower room, great sea view home from home, and priced less than hotels in the area.

The owner was so helpful and would always be available if needed, The best thing about our stay Mel and her lovely clean apartment with great Seaview.

We had such a lovely stay at Mel’s apartment! It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly peaceful—just what we needed. We really appreciated the little treats and milk on arrival, such a thoughtful touch. Mel’s attention to detail was clear throughout, and her recommendation for dinner at Kettle & Co was spot-on—delicious! She was helpful and kind, making the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you, Mel!

The communal bin area wasn’t the nicest, and the speed humps on the way in were a bit of a surprise. Also, due to my own confusion (😂), I couldn’t figure out how to switch the bathroom light on and off at first—but that’s definitely on me! None of these took away from how much we enjoyed the stay—it was still a fantastic visit!

A spotlessly clean first with an amazing view!

It was so easy to just sit on the balcony and people and bird watch and enjoy the sounds of the sea, so much so that it was difficult to shift and actually go out and explore South Wales. But the flat is perfectly located for that, too. Mel was very responsive and kind. Would love to come back! Thanks.

The car parking is great because it's directly outside, but when all the residents' cars are in, it's a bit tight, and the communal areas sre grubby. . Also kitchen sink liked to splash water about. Just a note, also no shampoo and conditioner, so bring your own. But really, the whole flat was great and these are tiny niggles.

VERY PLEASANT BREAK WITH SUPERB WEATHER FOR EARLY MARCH AND HAD A PLEASANT WALK TO BURRYPORT.

LOCATION EXCELLENT WITH GREAT VIEWS, CLOSE TO COASTAL PATH FOR WALKING.

WE FOUND THE BED A LITTLE TOO NARROW, HAVE KING SIZE WIDTH AT HOME WHICH WE HAVE BECOME USED TO.

Sea views. Well equipped kitchen. Apartment clean and well furnished. Easy parking. Mel (owner) is exceptionally helpful.

Communal area (staircases) getting tired and scruffy. Flaking plaster and the carpet needs replacing. This is a shame as the apartment is so nice and let down by the communal part.

Beautiful location, friendly people, comfortable home from home

Quiet location with a little semi-private outside space for a morning cuppa or evening night cap with a beautiful view of the sunrise and sunset. Lovely for walks and fun on the sand and great local attractions within close driving distance for families, including collecting shells on Pembrey beach, fish and chips in Bury Port, pub dinners, trampolining parks, swimming pools and loads more. Everything you needed and more inside the apartment, all the lovely little homely finishing touches too. The host was super friendly, accommodating and helpful and was always quick to help if anything was needed. I would highly recommend!

no heating apart from electric heater in living room. hot water is restricted. we couldn't both take shower after each other. the second person found that water would go cold half way through. fuses have been taken out of all electric heaters throughout apart f from front room. no central heating. and again hot water was none existent after a shower. lovely property, very clean. just a disappointment on the scrimpinb on heating and hot water. the price suggest upmarket, the interior is decent. but hot water and heating is none existent . typical Welsh attitude. misssing the basics. we left to take travel lodge in town. (honest review)
