Excellent stay

The apartment is well kitted out and situated next to the beach on the edge of Llanelli. Only a few minutes from lots of shops and supermarkets which made self-catering very easy. Kitchen has lots of plates, glasses, mugs, pots & pans rather than the usual four of everything. The shower was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. Contact with the host was very quick and easy with the one problem I had.

The only fault I could find was that the apartment could perhaps do with a bit of extra cleaning as regards skirting boards and corners of rooms but our stay was at the end of summer and a very busy time to be able to do this.

Great location, lovely view of North Dock, just on the outskirts of town so no heavy traffic, kitchen had everything you needed

Excellent property, excellent host

Had to book this in a rush as I was let down by a previous booking. Found this one and booked last minute. The host was courteous and did everything for us quickly and efficiently. The property was super clean, modern and had excellent facilities. Beds were very comfortable. I will definitely use again of I'm in the area.

Beautiful stay

It was a very clean and comfortable apartment, with plenty of space! The host was also extremely friendly, with great communication. The location was perfect, the beach was not even a 2 minute walk, along with a restaurant, and the shops were a 5 minute drive. Finally have to mention the view from the balcony, it was beautiful. The images on Booking.com are very accurate! I’ll definitely be back again.

Great location, mostly beautifully clean, nice size, good communication, easy check in.

Given how clean it was, I was surprised to find a skid mark in the toilet! You need to put bin bags in the bathroom bin - sorry to state this so plainly, but a used sanitary product in a bin with no bag is not pleasant. I was happy to keep it tidy and clean, but felt that being asked to strip the bedding and empty bins was a bit much - cleaning after a resident stay is surely part of the package?

Great little beach front place

Parking a bit of a nightmare because of other people not parking where they should. Currently maintenence work happening on other parts of development. Polythene on scaffolding was very noisy in the wind all night which affected our sleep - but obviously this is a temporary problem.

Great getaway

Well maintained, stylish apartment. Excellent location to near by beaches and Millennium Costal Walk Comfortable bed. Great shower. Good sized rooms. Well equipped. Really enjoyed our stay.

Allocated parking space was taken by others so had to find a visitor’s space which, late evening, was difficult to find and none within sight of the apartment.

immaculate bathroom, good size bedrooms, plenty of cleaning supplies in the kitchen, sunny balcony in the morning, parking relatively easy.

tatty & dirty fly-strewn communal areas, second bedroom not clean (dirty underwear under bed, cobwebs in corners, dirty windowsills), one towel dirty and other smelt musty. asked for twin room to be made up as a king size - wasn’t. second set of keys not available

A perfect find.

Perfect location for our race weekend at Pembrey Circuit. Great view over the lake. Really peaceful and quiet. The appartment provided everything you could possibly need. The hosts were brilliant at giving detailed information, and answering any questions.

A really tiny issue... No toilet roll holder. But practically impossible to place.

Perfect location with easy access to all local amenities. 2 minute stroll to the beach with great views and a nice coastal path perfect for an evening walk.
