Great beachfront location. Walks on the door step. Lovely cafe 100 metres away, a little pricey.
Walks to the lake very pleasant and an okay pub. Food reasonably priced and basic.

Despite the amount of people walking past, it was pretty peaceful, good soundproofing throughout the apartment.
The temp dial in the shower is broken/jammed. It cant be moved without using tools.

Good facilities (well stocked with utensils etc)

All good. As it was raining, would like a mat and a shoe rack by the entrance.
I took muddy mats and large throws for the lounge as we took our dog.
