This modern townhouse is situated on a nice housing estate, parking is immediately outside the front door, the house itself is in great decorative order, clean and comfortable with loads of facilities, even a small garden with table and chairs.
I can’t think of anything I didn’t like about the property but bring your own tea/coffee/milk for a warm drink.

Nice and clean and well equipped
It is not near any shops and so I would have appreciated a little milk in the fridge and a couple of tea bags or some coffee upon arrival
