The location and certain staff

The night staff(old dark skin person). I would come during the day to pay my bill and when I would leave early morning he would follow me outside to tell me I did not pay or that I still have to pay the tax de sejour which did not make sense! Why would I pay the room and his colleagues would leave out the tax de sejour?

OK for an overnight journey break, or reasonably priced stay for a visit to Paris.

Very helpful staff. Basic but clean and functional facilities. Air conditioning was welcome and necessary.

The AC was very noisy, and not well maintained, we had some problems with the bathroom (no hot water at the sink, water coming out of the shower leaves a strong smell)

Very pleasant stay, in a stylishly designed establishment.

The staff were friendly, professional and effective, though not all of them spoke English. Very nice breakfast buffet. Clean and new rooms, with full amenities.

The location turned out to be rather difficult to access, but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself, or its staff.

No fridge, no microwave, tiny bathroom, rooms smelled Mari wanna/ weed ,trash in front of the hotel it was horrible. We had to put our drinks outside of the windows so its can stay cold it was a messy experience staying at this hotel.

The guy at the reception was very nice! For the price you pay , the hotel is very nice and good. Amd the heating in the rooms work very well and fast !
