Correct - to improve
The premises are correct, it's spacious, and mostly clean. The flat on the 5th floor has a very nice view and a large balcony.
I arrived 5 minutes before they closed the breakfast time, and I paid 17 euros for a breakfast where I barely got a small croissant and a piece of fruit. No coffee. The staff there mentioned, not nicely, that my little dog was not accepted in the area. Additionally, the furniture in the flat was somewhat damaged, and the shower did not function properly.

Disappointing
There is plenty of parking and the staff were always polite and friendly.
The hotel is nice enough, although our family room did not look as nice as the official photos. The main reason I am disappointed is because the swimming pool was not allowed to be used by guests. This pool access was my main reason for choosing this hotel over others. My children would have loved to have spent time in the pool. It sounds like it will be 'out of order' for a long time & yet I didn't receive any notification before my stay that it is not going to be available and I still had to pay the full price. Really, really gutted by this. I think they should notify people who have booked rooms or offer some sort of discount. A warning to others who plan on using public transport, I thought it was in zone 3 for easier access to the public transports Visit Paris tickets. This is in Zone 4! So you will have to get a public transport ticket for zones 1-5. I made the mistake of getting zone 1-3 & couldn't leave the train station properly.
