Would have liked to see a proper shower and not shower in a bath but otherwise extremely happy.

Excellent location, proximity to the beach and pubs. Food was fabulous, adequate parking facilities. The gentleman who checked us in and out was very pleasant and friendly. Homemade scones and bread were delicious, loved the Irish background music in the restaurant.
Deoor dated but was spotlessly clean. One small issue was that Cappuccinos were not available until after breakfast. Mattress wasn't that comfortable but that is a personal choice.

Good location, good chef
Needs investment, it’s tired, and more cleaning - the bin in the bedroom was unpleasant and we didn’t want to shower (curtain not a glass partition) plus the salt and pepper were sticky. Given three days later we paid €50 less for an immaculate 4* it’s very overpriced and you can do better nearby
