Lovely historic guesthouse, very comfortable beds.
My only comment is that some scones or croissants would be really nice accompaniments the yogurt and porridge that was available for breakfast.

This was a beautiful property both inside and out. The room was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for an overnight stay. Even though we ended up arriving much later than expected, the owner waited for us and gave us a little tour around the place, making sure we were comfortable :)

Website implies bed and breakfast, warm breakfast , all we had was oatmeal packets, yogurt and banana. Ballenrope was a disappointment, old town, a bit run down, restaurants close early. It was geographically convenient but that was not enough to overcome the negatives. Went to get groceries and the workers there were very rude. Had a whole different negative feel than the rest of our Ireland trip.
