Room and Staff were nice.

We used the restaurant. The two tables beside us were quiet when we arrived however many of their friends then came in and were chatting to them very loudly. There was more persons standing around their tables than sitting and whilst they were loud and enjoying themselves it completely changed our evening meal as we could not hear each other speak. Staff disappeared from near us and did nothing to move the non-eating visitors onwards. It was very annoying and shortened our evening meal.

Breakfast excellent- great choice. Staff were very courteous, friendly and very professional- well done😁. Hotel is within walking distance of shops and bar/restaurants but is in a quiet location. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Parking is in the public car park next to hotel. It is 3 euro for all day/night parking so is very reasonable.

Our room was right beside where they keep all there industrial size washing machines and tumbledriers which meant the heat was too much and the noise throughout the day but especially at night was too much between the machines and the staff going to and from

No air conditioning

I love westport

There is no air conditioning in the rooms, on a very hot day the room was like a furnace. There was no facilities for tea and coffee. I don't really care about these things, I'm not picky. But when the cost is approx €250 for a night I'd expect air conditioning and a cup of tea.

Despite the room being very warm and stuffy, the hotel is well located, clean and staff are very friendly

Property was clean and very well located.

Rooms were extremely basic, very warm and stuffy, with no air conditioning. Staff did provide a fan upon request which helped a little. No fridge in the room to keep water and other liquids cold.

Staff are all very friendly. Room was clean with ample room for two to move about. We were late back to our room & the tv was not working. I called the front desk & a member of night duty staff came up to sort it out straight away.

Westport is a small town but the hotel is slap bang central. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the hotel itself clean and comfortable. There is a restaurant attached which we had good food the first night and in which we ate an amazing breakfast every day.
