The hotel is lovely, mary the receptionist is very friendly and attentive. Breakfast has a nice choice but not up to a 5 star standard at all.
We had issues with booking and the booking fee, it was explained that it was the hotels first week using booking.com. this took several phonecalls and emails to clarify that I had already prepaid and would not be paying again. I found communication very poor as I was told the night I rung that I would be contacted in the morning. 4 calls later and eventually The following evening I was contacted to say that everything is OK and they are finding there feet with booking.com but will sort money. Breakfast was OK, not 5 star. The scrambled eggs were questionable, very runny. A group of 5 of us, lady came to table and we ordered tea. We got 2 teapots and 4 half's of toast, 2 slices between 5 of us. We had to ask again for more. Little details really. The bacon was very over done.

Pristine, clean and beautifully decorated
WiFi coverage is poor in the hotel, only starting out so we understand staff are new but with the high prices we felt the service in the bar was very slow.
