Lovely relaxing weekend just before the busy Christmas season

Breakfast was very busy Sunday morning but staff dealt very well with it.

Perfectly good hotel short walk to Westport centre.

Comfortable lounge area. Good breakfast. Fast food service. Nice lighting in rooms. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Good pool and sauna. Restaurant in sister hotel next door more fun and buzzy. Short walk to Westport house. Staff fairly good.

No views from window. Peties Bar unpleasant poor selection of beers. Weak fan and shower in bathroom. Higgledepiggledy layout. Not particularly aesthetic. Pricey for what you’re getting although it was mid term.

A great place to stay and wind down after trekking and climbing Croach Patrick

Roma where very nice and well designed decor, it had a pool with sauna and gym, which was great to start your day in and the breakfast and arrive from the staff was exceptional.

No complaints as I will definitely stay there on our next trip

Beautiful place to stay in Westport

Great value in Westport! Comfortable beds, great places to gather and eat, close to shopping, restaurants and pubs with live music. Offered full breakfast from the buffet or off the menu. Friendly staff at the desk, in the restaurants and pubs on site. Highly recommend!

Castlecourt Hotel Review

The hotel was excellent location. Very clean. Very well looked after both inside and outside. Thr breakfast was very very good. No complaints about the hotel at all. Would definitely stay there again.

Unfortunately the one thing that let it down was the staff. Some could have been friendlier in general, however, our check-in experience with Adrianna let it all down. She was rude, not at all friendly or polite when speaking to us. When we asked her questions about the town and places to go or see she couldn't be really be bothered to tell us. She provided no to little information, no directions or anything. If it wasn't for our experience with Adrianna it would have been amazing in every aspect. I would absolutely stay again. However if Adrianna was on check-in I would wait for another member of staff!!

Room was like a sauna! Must have been 40 degrees in the room couldn’t stick it. €320 for 1 night for this hotel room rip off. The breakfast bar was really poor as well.

Short stay in Westport

The room was big and comfortable and very clean. The facilities in the hotel were excellent, with lovely restaurants and bar and excellent swimming pool with sauna,steam room and jacuzzi. The breakfast each morning was exceptional with plenty of choices on the menu and attentive waiting staff

The exceptional service of the Bar personnel and in particular Hassan who was excellent in looking after us and all other customers there. Also recommend the SPA to anyone visiting the Hotel.

Excellent welcome, friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much when asking staff for directions, a shirt press (at the 11th hour) or an umbrella. Lovely hotel. One minor downside was the gym, which could do with being a bit bigger. Opening times at the weekend were also not ideal.

There was nothing I didn’t like, but the gym facility was too small and seemed like an afterthought. Think that could be improved. Opening times (morning) we’re not great.

Very nice.

Great location and nice decor / rooms and a very nice spa (for a small charge). The pool and other sauna are free to guests and also the public so it gets crowded. Easy walk to all parts of town. Underground parking. Incredibly helpful staff.

Many guests are a little on the senior side so the music and bar are oriented towards their tastes.
