Very clean and modern and bright. Location excellent. Lady on reception so well coming and friendly and nice.
Room much too small for a family when sofa bed set up. Barman not great ( would not make cocktail after 11pm as bar closing at 11.30pm)

The cleanliness. Of hotel and the hospitality of the staff particularly Carrie at breakfast and Rossie bar tender who went far and beyond their duty for customers, WILL BE BACK.and recommend to extended family, Tony and Margaret

The reception staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable, overall cleanliness excellent.
The disappointment started when I was told the restaurant was closed. Most restaurants in Westport were booked up, so had to go to the supermarket for some food. Breakfast was very regimented, no option for a full Irish and maybe some yoghurt after.
The room was probably the worst room in the hotel. Noise from the pub next door as well as being located to where all the zircon units were. A lot of noise from upstairs as well. I have stayed here before and that experience was a lot better, so maybe standards slip in the after-season.
