All in all, a great place to stay!

Location was great, room was quite large, with balcony and view. Very quiet at night. Breakfast was a continental breakfast and could have been a bit more generous.

While there was parking on site, we were told it was an 'extra' charge and we parked accross the way in a public parking. We did not feel good about this, and feel it should have been communicated to us in advance.

Not what I expected.

The location was excellent. Easily within walking distance to the church and to the village where there are shops and restaurants

Musty smell. Small room but large bathroom. Shower did not drain properly and no shampoo or hand soap at wash basin. Bed ok. No one lives in the facility. No way to check in before 5, even to leave your bags.

The bedding was nice. Pretty facade. Location (just next to cathedral and tapestry museum) Onsite parking for 9€ /night

Staff was very unpleasant from the checkin to checkout. We went to the car to put our luggage. And then We were not allowed back into the house 2 minutes after to use the bathroom. So rude !! The welcome was no better and the women was clueless about my payment. She said I still owed money. By the way, I speak French !! Breakfast was nice but waited 15m for a coffee. Need to be better prepared.

Great location but poor sewage problem and no on site manager during days for emergency.

the sewage stench problem in the 3bedroom guest house. No staff available or contact info to fix it or help for several hours of our stay on day 4. Finally found someone late afternoon, but we lost 1 1/2 days vacation time as they had to come back to spray disinfectant day 5 with no ability to shower till 2 hours after process.

The room was delightful. The location excellent. Breakfast was very pleasant. The staff were universally friendly and helpful. What's not to like?

Lovely place to stay right in the middle of things in Bayeux. We would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was great and they were very accommodating to our sightseeing tours early start. The room was lovely, quiet and clean. We had the Cathedral view room and that is exactly what it was with lots of windows.

You just have to know there are lots of stairs, but with a room by the name of Cathedral view we should have expected it.

A total disaster, small smelly room and food mean and awful, I would never recommend it to anyone.

Breakfast was very mean, limited to one tiny croissant and a single piece of bread, when asked for more told that that was all we would get, same with jam for the bread. A very mean place to stay, also room smelt and was small and cramped. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Pleasant lodging in a great location.

Breakfast was meager at best. We were promised early meal since we had to meet our guide for a full day tour at 8:00AM. We were told early service would be available at 7:15. When we arrived we were told 7:50 instead. We had to beg for a croissant and a a banana.

Location was excellent, both the room and the en-suite were spacious and very clean with a very comfortable bed. Access throughout the day was super easy which meant we could come and go as we pleased.

Personal choice but I would have preferred my coffee served fresh in a coffee pot to the table at breakfast rather than coffee that had been sat in a flask that was lukewarm warm and stewed.

The situation is fantastic, just near the cathedral and close to all facilities in the centre of Bayeux.

We felt that some of the ways of adding profit were disappointing. For example charging an additional 9euros to park the car where there was plenty of room anyway and irritatingly small portions of orange juice and butter at breakfast seemed really unnecessary. We also looked outside at the outside furniture when returning from our evening meal and had hardly been 2 minutes there when the concierge rushed out tellingly us the area was closed and we should leave. Quite what tremendous vandalism she thought we as guests were likely to perpetrate but it seemed totally unnecessary and even ludicrous.

Convenient to meeting location for excursions.

Musty odor in the room and hallway. Carpeting needs replacing. Staircase has worn carpeting and walls that need a fresh coat of paint or new wallpaper. Coffee pot in room smelled of vinegar. Windows need shades or blinds without them it is a brightly lighted room from outside lights.

Comfortable and convenient

Comfortable room right in the city center, the space of the room itself was a little tight but the bathroom was quite large. It was quiet and the wifi worked well. Finding free parking in Bayeux ended up being impossible, but we paid 9 euro to park in the hotel's courtyard and were very pleased with that. Breakfast was a pretty nice spread. Would definitely stay here if in Bayeux again!

Loved the location and convenient parking

We stayed in the apartment with 3 bedrooms (2 upstairs, 1 downstairs), each with an attached bathroom which was ideal for our group. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. Free parking within a few metres of the apartment was great. The location of the apartment was excellent: it was a quick and easy walk into the centre of Bayeux and to the Tapestry museum

It was an good apartment but there were a few annoyances which didn't make it very pleasant: 1) Customer service & communication could have been better. It wasn't clear when to pay for the apartment and when I went to the reception in the morning to pay, I was told to come back at 5pm. Fortunately, the proprietor allowed me to pay there and then. Also, there was no 2nd key to the apartment even though it was stated in their direct message to me that there was one. 2) The beds were too hard and the pillows were too flat. 3) The shower gel in the 2nd room wasn't replenished, neither was the dishwashing liquid. 4) The privacy curtain in the downstairs bathroom (to the outside) was sheer. It should be an opaque curtain for one to shower in the evening. 5) The TVs didn't work 6) Heater in the downstairs room didn't work We were told to check-out before 11am and at 10.45am, we were told-off by the proprietor for not checking-out yet.

For excellent proximity and care - 5 stars.

The attitude and care of the staff, particularly the extreme kindness from Christophe. His advice to wait for my luggage and catch the next train was so correct. I loved the way he waited at the front gate with me was above and beyond his requirement as a host. Thank you ever so much ❤️

The breakfast was lovely. The staff were so friendly and our room was incredibly spacious and clean and in a perfect location.

The women checking us in knew absolutely no English, so made it a little difficult, but was such an authentic experience and we made it work with google translate so no issue, but did require a bit more patience. Had to pay for parking.

Fabulous location only a few minutes walk from everything. Our room was excellent with a view of the cathedral and a lovely comfortable bed. The breakfast was lovely with plenty to choose from and everyone was lovely and so helpful.

A lovely boutique hotel to stay in Bayeux.

I enjoy our stay. The host greeted us with useful instructions and charming smiles. The property is a lovely house with good facilities. It is close to major attractions, which made our trip easy. It is within work distance to the train station. Breakfast was delicious. They are a lot of good restaurants and bars nearby.
