Maastricht one day trip

spacious room(upgraded), very clean, professional staff, home like atmosphere ! located just across the road from the main train station (3 minutes walk!) breakfast has fine ingredient and delicious. the bonus is the soup and coffee and tea at the reception area all day long!

value for money (too pricy for my reservation time) No gym in facility slow elevator the road by the entrance is under maintenance and closed

Very pleased that we stayed here

Easy to find and the parking was good. A quirky hotel ( quirky in a good way) in the heart of Maastricht. Although not too much in the centre that driving would be a problem. Very near the station. A lovely area to walk around in. They give you free soup and the bar is very pleasant. AND you can adopt a goldfish to have in your room. ( we didn’t as my previous track record of caring for a goldfish isn’t great..but it’s a brilliant idea)

Our room was on the ground floor, street side and the first one you see when you open the door in the hallway we did have a lot of noise from the street for example people walking by talking loudly cars and trains as well as the door in the hall way constantly being opened and closed that made a loud noise.

TOWNHOUSE - the right choice

Hotel/Apartment was very near to the Masstricht train station - about 5 mins walk or 300-400m away from the hotel. I got an apartment room for my stay. very spacious and very comfortable bed and pillow. Many restaurant nearby. You'll find convenience stors and Starbuck inside the train station building and also restaurant next to the building. Breakfast also not bad. !!

This was not worth the money we paid and we’ll never stay here again

Good location

It was so expensive and the property was not maintained well, the rooms are not well isolated so you hear everything from the rooms next door, the hallway, the street. The “spa” the offer is not explained anywhere, not clear and nothing about it in the rooms. They have parking but there is a big parking lot at the end of the street that’s cheaper than theirs. This was not worth the money we paid and we’ll never stay here again

Nice hotel close to the station

Great location few minutes walking from the train station. Attention to design. Good breakfast (with cava included), free soup available all day long. Staff helpful and freindly.

The room I got was not very big and at the end of a long hallway with stairs. Some additional equipment in the room would have been useful (eg a boiler/kettle, a fridge). The website advertises a spa/wellness center, but it is not on the premises but in the hostel close-by.

Great location, recommend it

The staff were friendly and hospitable. There was soup, coffee, tea and fruits that they offered free of charge. The room was clean. The hotel's location was outstanding, situated near the city's central station and only a 10-minute walk from the city centre. The lobby of the hotel was nice and you could find games and books to enjoy the moments there.

Nothing specially but As an suggestion that would be good if rooms has a minibar. And also we didn’t have a cleaning room service in our second day.

The room was perfect for my short stay for work. It was a convenient location for getting to the MECC conference centre as there were many quick buses right outside. Staff were very friendly. Room was comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent as it was very warm!

We booked mostly for the sauna and swimming pool, but it wasn't clear to us that we had to pay extra for that. That's quite uncommon in hotels. Also there was no fridge in the room.
