Location is great for town centre, in a quiet cul-de-sac. The property is fully equipped.

Furniture's and furnishings are dated. Pet's smell and pet's hairs on carpets/fabrics. The instructions given for when guests came in 2 cars was to park the other car at the side garage but not blocking the electric vehicle charger, so our son parked a bit further in front of a neighbour's fence. We're then told not to do it and instead to park next to the charger anyway. On the last day, while we're still cleaning/packing out of the property (around 8:30 - checking out time is 10:00), the door of one of the rooms (it's the room that has connecting door to the owner's house) was locked from inside. We're thinking of checking that room again before leaving but were not given that opportunity due to that. Rather unsettling. An anti climax of an otherwise lovely stay at Oban.

Smelly pillows, old, worn out towels, old furniture, dirty kitchen, bad TV reception, needs a deep clean
