I initially felt frustrated, as I had not been informed in advance about the requirement to provide a 100,000 IDR cash deposit for the key or to leave my passport. This lack of prior communication caught me off guard. However, I truly appreciated how the manager handled the situation — taking the time to clearly explain the policy in a calm and professional manner. Both the manager and staff were courteous throughout, which made the experience much more positive overall.
There were a significant number of mosquitoes in the room, which resulted in several insect bites during my stay

Beautiful large and loved the water view
The 4am prayer, it was too long and loud and too early. The prayer also happened during our dinner time, did not enjoy that at all.
