The island life is very relaxed
The staff were super friendly and they were really accomodating when our daughter was a bit sick. They left her some fresh fruit in the fridge daily. The house is spacious and great for a large group of people with or without kids. There was a shop directly across the road that made it super convenient to grab drinks and snacks. The house is very clean and air conditioners work well View was exceptional
The staircase is very steep to walk up and down. Not ideal for older people.

Great location but the property needs maintenance
The location overlooking the sea and the seaweed plantations is great. The infinity pool is really nice although during the heat there is only a small, shaded area in the pool. The beds were actually soft and comfortable and we slept well. The air-conditioning was quiet and made it comfortable for sleep. There is a very small shop across the "road" from the villa that made it easy to get a few supplies like milk and snacks. They also have alcohol and soft drinks.
We were told on arrival that we could not bring alcohol on the premises and if we wanted to have alcohol, we had to buy it from the villa bar. Very average kitchen facilities if we wanted to do food prep ourselves. There was a "staff" kitchen which we were not meant to have access to. The towels were touch and go. One day we had a hand towel or face washer, the next we didn't. Pool towels were not replaced, and nothing was actually clean. My bath towel had soap on it in a number of locations. The bathrooms were not really clean, and the shower blocked up from day 1. Water would sit around 3 cm's deep around our feet. The water would stain the bottom of the shower a red colour, but this was not being cleaned by the staff. The floors never felt clean and they were slippery. A few rattan mats across the floors would have definitely been good. A lounge suite in the bottom floor area would have been more conducive for better use than another dining suite. It didn't make sense to have a TV on the wall in that area, and the lighting didn't align with dining suite. Signs on how to use the water machine and some labelling for lighting and fans would be good. There is water damage and mold on the wall in the bedroom we were in, bottom right bedroom. We showed the property manager and were told that the harsh conditions contributed to this. This property is apparently less that 5 years old, but it seemed a lot older than that. It needs regular maintenance.

Comfortable house with stunning views
Very nice house and location. Stunning views. Putu the manager is always there to help for anything and provides support for anything you need.
The house maintenance, cleaning, and attention to small but important should be revisited. These aspects are crucial for us. Breakfast quality (besides the smoothie bowls that are very good) to be revisited.

This is our 3rd trip to Bali and have stayed at numerous places .. this is up there with best !
We loved the privacy the exceptional view tranquillity and close proximity to eating venues
The breakfast wasn't quite to our liking but hey it was the only thing that was a bit low on our rating. Definitely don't let it determine you from coming to stay at this villa!

Absolutely stunning villa in a beautiful location
Our family had the pleasure of staying at the villa for 5 nights over Christmas. Our wonderful host Putu met us at the yellow bridge and helped transport our luggage to the villa. The location is perfect and there are lots of great restaurants within walking distance. The villa is huge and absolutely beautiful. We used the 4 double bedrooms which are all identical. The bedrooms are large, comfortable and all have huge ensuites. The gardens are lovely with a great (and well stocked) bar, a beautiful pool and the most amazing view over the water. Putu and the staff were all lovely and very helpful. They came every morning and cooked us breakfast and made fresh coffee and juice. The breakfast selection included eggs, bacon, sausages, pancakes, yoghurt and fruit. The staff cleaned the villa daily. We would highly recommend a few days at the villa. The island is quiet and very relaxing. Thank you Putu for all of your help. We loved meeting you and staying at your beautiful villa.
I wouldn't recommend the villa for families with young children. The spiral staircase and the lack of a pool fence would be a concern.

Place is stunning. Massive and accommodates multiple families. Very quiet and beautiful. The staff were there too much
Stunning property. Felt like was on a retreat.
The staff just walked in all the time snd felt like we were staying in their house. They came 3 times a day and lit ceremony’s, watered the garden every night and was not the most comfortable feeling using them just walk in. Paid good money to have the house to ourselves. All the kitchen stuff was locked away in the side kitchen so was nothing to cook with in the kitchen not even a cup. I yelled at them the last day they walked in at 7:30 am my kids were still in bed. No privacy. And there are cameras in the house , in the back yard , in the kitchen but not in the rooms. Not a good feeling.
