Ceningan Beachside Villas

A beautiful villa with gorgeous staff who are so accomodating and happy to assist with anything needed for your trip. The property has everything you need to enjoy your stay, including air con, filtered water, fridges, kitchenette, own infinity pool; also walking distance to great places to eat. The view of the seaweed farm is spectacular, especially at sunrise/sunset, we easily could have stayed another night or two!

The butler was nice and very helpful, and the villa is spacious and cosy. The butler helped us order takeout for dinner, got us in-house massages, and rented scooters for us during the day. The balcony provided a great spot to enjoy the sunset after a day trip.

The place look like a very luxurious villa. The bed is super comfy. The kitchen has a complete utensils especially to Muslim guest who plans to cook for their stay. And what I like the most is the pool & the yard. It was maintained properly & you could get the view of the beach from the house. Staff was very friendly & they helped us during our stay. And to conclude this place is very recommend to those who looking for a place to heal or secluded from the busiest city.

WOW, this place is SO much better than the pictures! The entire property is so stunning, the pool, the view, the ensuites in each room, the TV's at the end of the beds, the outdoor bar, it genuinely has everything you could ask for. This place really felt like a dream when you first walk in, 7 friends stayed and we had the best 4 days in Cennigan. I can't give this property enough praise. Putu came every day and made sure the lights in the pool were on at night and that we had everything we needed, he was so so lovely.

Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication with the host yumi, we asked via WhatsApp the price of a boat trip, but we did not confirm we just enquired. However the following morning she arrived and asked if we were ready for the trip, we then had to explain we did not confirm a trip with her. She was charging an obscene amount and we did not feel happy with the price so we did not book with her. In the morning when we told her we had not confirmed she stomped around the property slamming doors and was very hostile towards us. It was very awkward and such a shame as we were having such a great time. She then insisted we paid 1 million still to cancel something we had never booked. It was really disappointing and we felt pretty upset by the situation. This should not deter you from staying here but just be aware that the cost of activities thru the villa will cost more. Unfortunately, this includes laundry and scooters too.

Yuni and staff were incredible! the location the view and the hospitality was absolutely incredible. we had to extend our stay because we loved it so much!

Everything the staff, the food, the view, the pool and just lazing about. The staff went the extra mile and helped us set up a surprise birthday party for our daughter.

The villa looks exactly like the pictures. Stunning location and the staff were amazing. They were great with our tiny children and even had blow up floatie pool toys to use. Service was great, coffee and fresh juice made at the bar was amazing. Beautiful breakfast cooked by the villa and one dinner which was fantastic. The staff made everything we wanted happen.

Bit of a mission to get there, but there is no other way and it is worth it!

This place is sensational. So exceeded our expectations. It is the most beautiful Villa which has an infinity pool sitting on the water. We could not believe our eyes when we walked in. Everything is fantastic, with each double room having a beautiful en-suite with a huge bath. If we’d have known, we would definitely have stayed longer. Lovely staff. Great breakfast. Even the welcome drink was delicious. Thank you Ceningan Beach Villas. You are the highlight of our trip.

Leaving

This is a fantastic place to stay. 2 levels with 6 individual rooms. Very much 5 star. I just wanted to kick back and relax and found just the spot. The location was great. Easy to get to. Villa staff arranged for me to be picked up from the ferry. Right on the beach looking across the water to Lembongan. A perfect place to chill by the pool and just enjoy life. The friendly staff were attentive and nothing seemed to be problem for them. At the same time they left you alone when you wanted space. The food was delicious. I had a Balinese chicken curry (very nice) but the menu had a wide choice of local as well as Australian cuisine. I chose to have dinner poolside while watching the sunset and relaxing with a few Bintangs. I'm sure Putu, the guy behind the poolside bar, would have served me all night if I wanted him too. Friendly and funny. the Villa is clean and well looked after. The rooms are great. Comfortable beds. Individual ensuites and A/C. No problem with WiFi connection and TV's that pop up from a cabinet at the end of your bed! This place has all you need. i hadno problems checking in or checking out with the helpful staff.

This is just a newly opened place that I'm sure wont be short of people wanting to stay here when they hear about it. What I didn't like - I wasn't there longer !! like Arnie said - "I'll be back." :)

God ude trappe. En god lille pool. Og smuk udsigt når der er vand. Personalet oplevet meget imødekommende. De daglige piger der kommer og laver morgenmad og gør rent og slutter af med at sige “vi ses i morgen” få de 3 stjerner. Udsigten når der er vand og den lille pool får 4 stjerner. Billeder er rigtige gode… men du kan godt tage mindst 30% fra !!

Vi valgte huset da vi har brug for privatliv og ro og fordi der var badekar. Jeg har en svær gigt sygdom som kan linderes med varme bade. Både pool og adgang havet. Første dag spurgte vi til badekarret (der er 4 badeværelser med badekar) der grinede værten bare og sagde (som om vi burde vide det) at DET var der ikke vand til. Vandet var i øvrigt også helt gult nogle dage. Vi har givet store penge for de 10 dage vi havde bestilt, men tænkte at det kunne udlignes med de “billige” priser. Der er en stor flot bar ude ved poolen, der er bare det at øl og vand er dyre en der hjemme, og den billigste vin koster 250kr der står øl glas i køleskabet men vin glas er låst inde. Øvrige alkohol til drinks er også låst inde, så hvis du vil have en drinks skal du ringe efter personalet, ingen privatliv. Der er et okay køkken både i stuen og førstesal. Men alt service undtagen lidt bestik og en gryde er låst ude i personale køkkenet, kloakken i begge køkkenvaske lugter fælt. Meget ringe mulighed for at lave mad selv. Det er meget sparsomt med udskiftning af håndklæder. Der er en meget stejl metal vinkel trappe til første salen, ikke egnet til små børn, gangbesværet og flok med dårlig ryg. Værten kommer uanmeldt, uden at ringe på, står der pludselig flere gange om dagen og aften, igen ingen privatliv. Der er overvågning på grunden og en ser ud til at pege ind i et soveværelset, meget ubehageligt, værten vil nok påstå at den plejer ind mod huset, men det tror jeg ikke den kun gør. Der er et toilet ved poolen som benyttes af værten og ikke rengøres, det lugter slemt af urin. Det er ikke muligt at komme fra grunden og ned til vandet, hvilket var en stor skuffelse. Havet er også tørlagt det meste af døgnet hvor der er tangmarker hvor der arbejdes, bankes, snakkes og larmes af de Arbejdende, børn og hunde.
