Great location, with close free parking. The kitchen was well equipped and loved the fact there was a DVD player with the TV, I would recommend bringing some of your own DVDs too depending how long you are there. The bed was also comfy!

I’d seen earlier reviews mentioning the street noise from the bedroom, I agree it can get pretty loud therefore a more enforced window may help to reduce it however being on a central street is always gonna have noise

Location in centre of Keswick is excellent. Easy to walk to pubs and restaurants.

Perhaps a warning about the 35 concrete steps up to flat 3 as some guests could have a problem with this. Better signage for the allocated parking space.

Private parking space, easy check-in. Apartment was very well equipped with all cooking and washing equipment, even had a dehumidifier which was great for drying my sodden clothes after a hike! Bed was clean and very comfortable. Very good value for the money!

The place has obviously been lived so clearly isn't a showroom. Personally I'm not overly fussed about this. The place looks like it has or may have had damp issues as there are very small patches of black mold in a couple of places. The floors and skirting boards werent particulary clean. The sofa was a bit grubby. If these issues were addressed it would be 10/10.

The location and the cleanliness

We stayed for 5 days and there wasn’t internet connection for the last 2 days. I called and they said they would send someone within an hour and we had been waiting for like four hours, but no one showed up. We had to call again, a man came, checked and said there was nothing he could do but calling the owner to reset the hub remotely. He wasn’t even sure when the internet would be back so we ended up having no internet connection or 5g for 2 days.
