Carlton Cottage all ground floor, centrally located in Keswick

It was central, and it heads an enclosed garden for the dogs

The front door was a bit hard to open cannot think of anything else

Central location, quiet area,was very clean and tidy

It was comfortable in the centre of town and had everything we needed.

Distinct lack of instruction on use of appliances only instructions not very friendly regarding pets in property. Hot water was rather intermittent and would suddenly cut out. It was in need of some maintenance attention especially outside. For instance the bolt on the gate (very dilapidated) was held by only two screws on one side, very wobbly so not secure for some dogs. Some of the crockery was chipped, one of the sockets didn’t work so could only plug in toaster or microwave and remember to switch between them. Pillows very lumpy - need replacing, towels only just adequate size.
