Lovely and quiet stay, very close to beautiful wine farms (walking distance to Saronsberg). We had an amazing and relaxing day at the spa, and all of the staff we encounted were extremely friendly. We really appreciated breakfast being brought directly to our room at a pre-arranged time.

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful
My wife and I were supposed to have a couples treatment at the Spa as it was our anniversary getaway.
We enquired if we could make use of the hot bath after our treatment which we were told that we couldn't. When we asked why we were told that it was because the essential oils on our body it's not possible which we found confusing as we were by other health Spas and they did so previously.
We ended up looking for another place to go for our couples massage and luckily we managed to find another venue which after confirming cancelled with the Spa, we informed the Spa that we would be cancelling and that it was due to besides not being able to do the hot tub afterwards and the limited time then Rochelle said that "Should I speak in afrikaans?" Which was very insulting to me because I speak English. While Rochelle was speaking with us Elzaine who was in the other room and had no part of the conversation shouting "The pipes, the pipes!" how can staff be so unprofessional is beyond me.
I really hope the management deals with this soonest as this was the the worst part of our otherwise fantastic stay and I am so glad we cancelled the Spa treatment before the time..
My wife who also has vast experience working at Health Spa's at 5 star hotels explained to them that clients should be allowed to have a hot tub treatment afterwards to help relax the muscles, but still according the Rochelle and Elziane the pipes would block.
My wife and myself were very unhappy about this.

Our cottage were very close to the road. At night we could hear people talking down the road, no security except for n low gate.
