There was a few hiccups when we arrived but Tienie sorted it out. One was ants and the TV wasn't working. He took care of everything. Very approachable and easy to talk to
One towel each for a 4 night stay is inadequate. We did bring towels for the pool so we were okay but I feel that it would be nice to have the towels changed after two days
