The location was perfect to explore the town and experience the sites. Easy walking distance wherever we needed to go.
The room was not fully prepared for 3 people. Such as a third towel being ready or a third chair at the table. But this was addressed and changed by the host.

The location was good and the room was nice. Shower water pressure was good and it was easy to get the correct temperature.
A little bit of maintenance could be done in the room I was in. Also there were spider webs in 2 locations in the room and a snail in the shower so a little more effort in cleaning would go a long way. The gate to get to my unit could use a bit of work as the sliding bolt doesn't meet the hole and it is also low so it was a bit of a nuisance.

Beautiful history and facilities.
WiFi didn’t work, aircon was faulty, bath tap was broken, cricket/bugs in room.

That we had a place to sleep
The property looks better in photographs that in person.
It’s never nice to walk into a property and feel like you were sold something different than in the photos.
We were shown our room by the owner who walked into the kitchen to check it before us, who ignored the dead gecko lying on the kitchen counter . The glasses were filthy, some also badly chipped. This made us feel like we needed to be concerned with the hygiene of the place.
The fridge was not cold enough to store our food.
The hot water for the bathroom ran out so quickly that we had to have a cold shower.
