I recently traveled down to Durbanville as I was looking to invest in a new property in the area. As is always the case, you hope to get a feel for the community and surrounds. Ruslamere set the tone for what I can come to expect out of my investment 10 fold. The staff, the tranquility, the facilities were all 10/10. I highly recommend that your next stay in the area be done so with Ruslamere and their incredible team!

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I checked in late afternoon, and checked out late morning - and I was accommodated all throughout. The staff made sure I had everything I needed, and catered to my extra requests. The venue itself is a short drive away from Cape Town, but it's far enough from everything to give you peace and quiet. The food at their restaurant Bagel & Fox was fresh and had very nice portions. Would recommend a stay here for anyone travelling in the Western Cape!

On arrival - no one at the reception. Had to call and wait for assistance

No information shared with us on how to check out - whether you leave the key in the room or bring it at reception. We decided to bring it at reception and found no one there
