We had such a wonderful stay at this charming bed and breakfast in the heart of Stellenbosch. The location is perfect—nestled in the beautiful Cape Winelands, peaceful and tranquil, yet incredibly convenient. It was just a short distance from the venue where my husband and I were attending a function, which made everything so easy for us.
The atmosphere was serene and relaxing, exactly what we needed. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional hospitality. Our host is incredibly artistic and went above and beyond—He even helped me with my makeup (my lashes!), which was such a thoughtful and personal touch.
Although we only stayed for one night, it left a lasting impression. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Serenity, calm, views of location - it's a pity we only spent one night.
We went to a wedding at Nooitgedacht and location was convenient.
Roland and Carmen were hospitable and friendly.
TV could not switch on - but not a major issue as we only overnighted at the venue.

What a wonderful hidden gem. We booked to be close to a wedding and this accommodation exceeded our expectations! Not only was the view magnificent, the room huge and lovely, the hosts Roland and Carmen were so friendly and welcoming, and accommodating of our special requests. It was so quiet and serene i couldnt believe that we were only a few minutes away from everything we needed.
There was a well stocked "minibar" with snacks, filter coffee/tea, a big bath and shower and even some thoughtful little details like fresh lavender on the pillow and lovely salts for a soak in the tub. The beds were super comfortable as well.
We were told there were dogs on the property but they were completely seperate from where we were and Roland and Carmen made sure that they did not come anywhere near where we were staying. (We are dog lovers so we asked to meet them as we left and they happily obliged :) )
It is very conveniently situated to visit many beautiful wine farms so be sure to account for a few days to be able to visit multiple ...
We will definitely be back, for longer, and to try the breakfast with the fresh eggs laid by their chickens!

Roland's Valley Art accommodation was a breath of fresh air, and granted me the quietness I need after a long busy day. Very clean, well resourced and spacious. In addition, the hosts are very warm and kind; definitely made me feel at home despite my hectic schedule
