Lovely place to stay

The food and views were excellent. The staff were very friendly & attentive.

The Swimming Pool wasn’t cleaned for a couple of days & debris was floating on the top. The water was also cloudy & needed treatment.

I wouldn't recommend this place in a valley with many beautiful options.

The restaurant was nice and Musa's service was good. Reagan at the front desk was also helpful.

1. This is more of a motel than a hotel. It's certainly not a 4-Star establishment. 2. It is a built in a beautiful place but the hotel itself is dated and with little views or sense of the place. 3. The day reception was new and extremely untrained. She was nervous and ill-prepared. 4. The rooms are really dated with few modern conveniences.

Heating doesn’t work. Changed room but other also didn’t work. Wine tasting was mentioned in the hotel information which has stopped for sometime Didn’t assist with golf booking stating no t-off available which wasn’t correct. Staff fighting among themselves at checkin. All in all avoid as there are many options in the vicinity.

We got upgraded and gifted with a bottle of sparkling wine for our honeymoon. Amazing breakfasts. Very relaxed atmosphere.

It is very difficult to find the unit in the dark. No number, low to no lighting. Even the staff struggled to find our unit.

could not get proper information from front desk on nearby places especially the various vineyards. felt the knowledge of the staff manning the desk was not good enough. would also have preferred better vegetarian options for break fast . also the GPS location was always getting the place wrong.

petite/classic rooms have a lot of light coming through at night due to artificial lighting in the hallway. the gym was also a gym room with only a bike and one set of dumbbells in. the one other machine was broken and unusable. this shouldn’t be listed on the facilities.

Breakfast was always very good. Occasionally staff were tripping over each other and orders were duplicated.

I was very disappointed with the state of the swimming pool. The water always looked cloudy and was no surprise as it rarely got cleaned . There was sand on the bottom of the pool which was there throughout our stay and we were there for a month. The steps had green algae on them and were only cleaned after I complained for a third time. There was always debris floating on the surface. I certainly was very careful not to swallow any water!!!!
