From the parking it was difficult walking over the bridge with heavy cases, there was no possibility to unload cases on the property.

Exceptional

It is very beautiful, well taken care of and services are very well organized. We felt very much 'at home' there. The view from the rooms is extraordinary. The garden is beautiful with lots of different plants.

The parking is 250 m up the hill, but there is a chance to offload at the end of the passerelle leading to the house. The room was rather small, but with the rennovation which will take place in 2022 this will improve.

Great location and staff

The staff were excellent and the location and views over the lake were superb. The breakfast was also good.

The rooms themselves are quite dated. We stayed in a family room which was functional but in need of refurbishment.

I like that we were right in front of the lake; breakfast was good and guests really respect each other's privacy and quite time. The staff are friendly. The private beach was superb. It is just right across the bus stop and you can go to Locarno easily and return without any problems.

Aussicht wirklich wunderschön.

Das Areal ist sehr schön. Der Raum war sauber. Direkten Zugang zum Zimmer (nicht durch Lobby etc. sondern Haus-teil) fand ich cool.

Bett- und Deckenbezug sowie Kissenbezug hätten wir schon erwartet, dass es gemacht wird. Rezeption war freundlich aber ziemlich träge. "Budget-Zimmer" zu diesem Preis... naja. Aber für eine Nacht definitiv machbar.

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Die Lage am See ist einfach perfekt, das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet und bietet viele schöne Plätze zum verweilen. Für die Kinder gibt es viel zu entdecken (Bouldern, Tschüttelitisch, Volleyballfeld, Rutschbahn, extra Kinderzimmer für die kleinen Kinder). Gut zu Wissen: Handtücher werden nicht ausgetauscht. Es werden vor Ort Gottesdienste angeboten.

Leider quietschen die Betten bei jeder Bewegung.

Modern und besonderes Ambiente

Es ist ein modernes, neues Hotel mit grandiosem Ausblick über den See und einem besinnlichem Zugang zum See. Es ist eine Auszeit für die Seele.

Die fehlende Beschilderung. Sowie vom Hotel als auch vom Parkplatz. Von Italien kommend erkennt man rechts das Gebäude. Aber kein Hinweis darauf, dass es das Hotel Moscia ist. Ebenso, von Italien kommend, fehlt der Hinweis, dass der Parkplatz links, ca. 300 Meter den Berg hinauf liegt.
