Superb location, just 5mins walk to central train station, near to the centrum and supermarket nearby, restaurants etc. Everything you need is within walking distance. There is a little private "garden" (without any plant) outside of the bedroom, an open place we appriciate the most when we come back after day trip to Cinque terre. I am quite sure Vincenzo will make it a pleasant place over time.

The host Vincenzo doesn't speak english, but he tried to accommodate the best he can. The property is ok for people who stay overnight or two. But we booked for 5 nights, would prefer to come home to a fresh, cozy place but this is nit what this place is trying to offer.

location is only few minutes from la spezia centrale away piazza, panificaro, supermarket in little walking distance Wifi spacious apartment washing line with pegs in the backyard friendly host couple who doesn't speak english but explain everything by using a translation app

the apartmemt deserves some TLC to make most of its potenzial, eg. a poper overall cleaning, repair (shower head, second stovetop), replace (hooks in the bathroom), throw out (coat hangers) broken things, extend the minimalistic kitchen equipment (sharp knife, scissors and bowls would be nice) and the amount of toilet paper rolls. provide more than one bin in the kitchen to do proper recycling as one does in italy (plastic, cardbord, organic, residual). i didn't like the aspect that the kitchen remains in the state the previous guest leaves it to you, should be part of the cleaning. walls to neighbouring apartment are not soundproof, was getting loud on saturday night.
