The property is nice with freshly done renovation. Kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary tools and cleaning supplies. Washer machine is a big plus as well as air conditioning! Location is in 7 min walk from central train station.
Bathroom has laminate on the floor, which is very easy to damage with the water walking out of shower.
The neighborhood is very loud at the evening time, young people and kids are playing some ball games, hitting the walls and screaming. Very unpleasant to go for a walk at the evening time, you definitely feel unsafe. If you want to take some rest before 23/11 pm, bring some earplugs. The windows in the property have good soundproofing, so that helps a lot with the noise from outside.

Cómodo , limpio y muy bien decorado , también me gustó la cercanía a la estación del tren lo cual es muy importante si llegas de Roma o vas a visitar el cinco terra !
Me llamó la atención que en el parque de en frente existe movimiento hasta altas horas de la noche y lo podrás persivir como un poco extrańo , pero no te preocupes es parte de la comunidad dominicana que al parecer se reúnen en inmediaciones de este parque !

Le logement est à proximité de la gare et du centre ville, facile pour s'y rendre. Il était très propre à notre arrivée avec une bouteille de pétillant qui nous attendait. les lits étaient fait. Les explications pour récupérer les clés sont très claire. Plus clairement, c'est une location recommandable.
Le ballon d'eau chaude est trop petit pour 4 personnes. La dernière douche s'est terminée à l'eau froide. ATTENTION à l'utilisation de l'électricité car on ne peut pas mettre beaucoup de matériels en service en même temps, nous avons disjoncté 2 fois. Le propriétaire n'est pas forcément en cause car gestion de l'électricité est compliquée en Italie.
