The location was superb. We had booked this condo for 7 days and wanted to be close to the train station as we wanted to do lots of day trips. The train station was a 5 minute walk. Same for the grocery store and the shopping area. I'd say we were about 15 to 20 minutes to the water area. The condo did have an elevator. They did have a coffee maker, microwave and a tv.
We were there for 7 days and planned to have supper in the condo. We did not have a frying pan nor any garbage bags which the host brought after a few days.We did have issues getting in, but we contacted the host and within 15 minutes she arrived. You would think paying the price we paid that the owner / host would supply at least a few coffee pods. It would also be nice that they leave on the table a map of the city and instruction to the grocery store and shopping area. Did not like the shower as it was very small. Not having a shelf to put your soap and shampoo, it had to be on the floor of the shower and you could hardly bend down to pick them up.

Apartament perfect pentru familie, cu absolut toate facilitatile necesare. Am fost placut impresionati de mesajul de bun venit al proprietarului si de produsele pentru mic dejun lasate in frigider. Locatia este superba, la max. 5 minute de gara centrala (util pentru cei care vor sa calatoreasca spre Cinque Terre) si 20 minute de faleza marii.
Nimic neplacut de raportat, felicitari!

PRO:
1. bine amplasat, aproape de centrul istoric (magazine, restaurante) si Gara centrala
2. parcari in jurul blocului (cu plata, 1 euro/ora de la 08:30 la 20:00)
3. Curat si foarte bine dotat
4. Comunicare foarte buna cu gazda
Contra: Pernele au fost o problema. As recomanda schimbarea pernelor cu unele mai confortabile si dotarea cu prosoape de calitate. Sunt singurele minusuri recomandate pentru un apartament care are un raport calitate pret excelent!

O ponto principal para mim foi o cuidado com que o proprietário nos tratou, isso fez toda a diferença e muito me agradou. O apartamento é finamente decorado e comporta bem 4 pessoas, em que pese não seja muito grande. A localização é perfeita para o que queríamos, que era passear pelas Cinque Terres, ficando há 3 minutos da estação de trem. As instruções para o check in e check out foram muito claras e precisas, não existindo qualquer tipo de intercorrencia.
