Great location, decent utilities and good shower. Host was fantastic explaining all of the details and getting dinner to the group as soon as we arrived, worth of note there was also some flexibility on check-in and check out hours which is always a plus. The house was clean, the pool was clean and the yard in general was in a good state. Good network, great neighborhood, overall, great experience and stay.
The basement room seems to be a central location for all of the pipes that come from the bathrooms on the upper levels, meaning that every time someone uses the bathroom whoever is on that room will hear it substantially. There is also a thermocumulator (water heater )inside of the closed of said room. (I will not count this detail on the review overall grade, since the house was perfect with the exception of that particular room, but worth of note if you have a big group.)

The Pool was fab
Bed super comfy
Facilities were great
Could have done with more towels, 10 girls and one towel each.
No hot water upstairs on day one but it was fixed start away. But not a major issue as we had another shower down stairs

Third stay, needs refreshing , no shower gel, hand soap , one toilet roll for 3 bathrooms, everywhere looks tired
