Fantastic house, great location!

Great location, decent utilities and good shower. Host was fantastic explaining all of the details and getting dinner to the group as soon as we arrived, worth of note there was also some flexibility on check-in and check out hours which is always a plus. The house was clean, the pool was clean and the yard in general was in a good state. Good network, great neighborhood, overall, great experience and stay.

The basement room seems to be a central location for all of the pipes that come from the bathrooms on the upper levels, meaning that every time someone uses the bathroom whoever is on that room will hear it substantially. There is also a thermocumulator (water heater )inside of the closed of said room. (I will not count this detail on the review overall grade, since the house was perfect with the exception of that particular room, but worth of note if you have a big group.)

Very lovely stay in a great location and a beautiful villa however a few annoying issues which should be fixed.

Lovely property with good rooms and pool area

The front door lock didn’t work properly so we couldn’t get in with the key and had to leave the side door open slightly when we went out. One of the showers was broken so you couldn’t set the height you wanted it at.

€150 late deposit fee, we booked flights from Ireland forgetting it was an hour difference with timing in Spain. But also never noticed anywhere that it had a late booking fee still awaiting to be shown this from booking.com as I made a complaint had to pay this fee for being there 20 minutes late….

The location was great, the facilities were great including the pool, the table tennis and the amount of space we had for a group of 6.

We were very happy with our stay and our only gripe was the shower heads in the 3 bathroom as 2 had no holders and the 3rd one was too loose.

Spacious for families but needs a serious clean and paint job.

Large spacious accommodation with big garden and pool.

It was filthy, counters were not cleaned, towel had old toothpaste on them and definitely were not washed, and the pillows smelled musty. Really needs a good clean and repainting job. Ants everywhere also. One bedroom could not be used as it was full of visible damp in basement.

The villa was a good location, the person who checked us in was very helpful also.

The property needs so TLC. The wooden door frames had a lot of water damage and was frayed. There was ants on the floors in the hallways. The pool also hadn’t been fully cleaned as we found broken glass at the bottom of the pool.

Wonderful, private and clean

The property is beautiful, clean, private and very close to the supermarket and town. The pool is also much bigger in real life, pictures don’t do it justice! Jose is also extremely friendly, helpful and we’d definitely return!

The only point for improvement we’d give is the need for more chairs on the terrace outside. We loved sitting out and chatting with food and drinks but there is only 5 chairs so for bigger parties of people it’s not ideal.

Check in was very difficult. I we asked for early checkin well in advance and they told us they cant tell us until the day we arrive...pretty dumb. The day we arrived they said no early checkin, then we asked if we could at least store luggage so we could go to the beach or something and they said no its not possible. Again dumb...this house is huge and there was plenty of places bags could be held until we checked in later. The check in person was also very rude to us in this communication and also in person. The wifi worked well, if you were in range...but some of the rooms had no signal. Hot water kettle in the kitcken didnt work and the hot water in the lower level shower also didnt work.

We had an excellent stay and loved the property!

Very big villa with lots of room inside and a beautiful garden and pool area. Great location, only a 20/25 minute walk from the old town and just a few minutes from a big supermarket and park. The pool area was excellent for a big group to chill and enjoy. Jose was a good host- we had an issue with the pool and it was fixed quickly.

As mentioned in other reviews- some of the decor/furnishings and equipment are dated and lacking. Villa could have been cleaner on arrival and needs a lick of paint in some areas. Needed to ask for a some more items- spoons and soap. However these were provided quickly by host.

Poor response mediocre property

Very spacious

Lack of equipment in the kitchen and had to call for an over rack. No extra blankets at the property which in May is bad at night. These should be stocked on site again not having to ring someone. Overall it’s clear that this property is just a hen party place but also I left a makeup bag there. I messaged the property twice and have had no response so spent £150 replacing the main products.

Spacious, comfortable & super nice!

We loved the house. We were 9 friends who came to explore Marbella. The house was big & spacious. I’d definitely come back here. It was price worthy and very comfortable with supermarket 250m from the house and with parking inside the gate of the house and even filled with parking spots outside. We really enjoyed it! It’s close to puerto banus and the beach!🏖️

A perfect place for a family get away.

A lovely house with 5 bedrooms, 2 balconies, a separate games room downstairs and a lovely garden surrounding a big pool. There was more than enough room for the 6 people in our party. Jose was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was always available should we have a problem. One of the mechanical shutters was not working and as soon as I texted Jose he arranged to fix it and arrived on site. A brilliant man to deal with! I cannot commend him highly enough!
