Comfortable unit with great amenities, right at the beach with excellent staff service.

Very comfortable unit. Enjoyed the indoor pool and gym. Beautiful pool outside with access to the beach. Reception staff were very helpful, professional and friendly.

A weeks stay March 2025

We were allowed to check in early and select a better room as an upgrade, this had a south facing balcony which got the sun for most of the day. Great kitchen lounge and sturdy safe.

Reception and lift close down at 6pm until 9am and access is via a side door during those hours. On two nights in the apartment above furniture was moved around for ages we assume more people than booked in were staying and on the last night in the next door apartment four men were loudly talking on the balcony until a heated (I think) exchange bought matters to an end about 5.30 am. The lack of a night manager means anything can happen

The hot water shower stopped at one point and was very slow . There was a problem with ants which was resoved quickly . There was no supermarket close for a person without a car ! (15 mins walk up hill) Many restaurants are closed and difficult to eat out alone . Would not recommend it for a winter break ! The night gate, which operates with the room card, on one evening, failed to open night gate. I was quite scared, but fortunately, another guest had an emergency key at that moment of my arrival back to the apartment! I was told by a client I should have been given an emergency key as it was known to the staff ! There are no notices in case of emergency after 6 pm when all staff clock off at reception!, The staff were all pleasant and helpful in the main .

Very nice hotel. Lovely pool area with Jacuzzi only sauna was out of order. The area is very quietly currently (december) with no supermarkets or restaurants nearby.

Very good location and good value for what it can offer.

Very few parking spots. The couch which has a bed underneath was very dusty and the mattress liner super dirty. I mentioned it to the reception and they said it could be cleaned on the the following day. Whoever this never happened.

Lovely hotel in a quiet location.

Very friendly staff. Anna-Maria in particular was very helpful and spoke very good English. Apartment was very good. Large bedroom with plenty of storage and a ceiling fan. Large bathroom with bath/shower. WC and a double sink with a large mirror. Washing machine is also in here. Lovely kitchen/dining room. Well equipped with all the necessary utensils, crockery etc. Free safe in press. Ironing board and iron. Clothes horse. Lovely balcony with Mountain View. Use of private pool and direct access to the beach.

It was a bit too quiet for us and a bit of a bus ride into Marbella centre. Buses are regular enough (No.220 bus every half hour or so) Good value at €1.65. On a warning ⚠️ note. We had been informed by the receptionist that while we are waiting for the next bus someone will possibly pull in and try to convince us that the bus was broken down and he was authorised to bring us to Marbella. Do not get into a car with any strangers. You will be overcharged and duped. The bus's will arrive. Be careful.

In the middle of no where awful staff attitude were disgusting Air con broke and we had a ants nest. Not in anyway did they help the cleaner just left spray on our table whist we were out. Do not go!!!!!!
