Location is good ... excellent restaurant just 200 yards away ... shopping facilities and many other restaurants only 500 yards away ... fairly quiet complex ! Apartment is more than adequate with good layout and all amenities ... host is very friendly and keeps in touch regularly !

A double bed would have been better but there was a larger sofa bed last, I didn't use but option was there.

It was quiet.

The apartment was located at the back of a large complex and was difficult to find. After checkout there was no place to sit and wait for my flight later that evening. The decor and furniture were very dated and the bed was not comfortable . Bed linen and curtains old and cheap and pillows were thin. Not good value for money.

The location is excellent, adjacent to the beach and a short walk to restaurants, commercial centre and Santa Maria Golf Club. The area is serviced by the 220 bus and plenty of taxis.

We reported the fridge on the second day to the agent. He said to make sure the door was closed (integrated). The fridge was warm. A technician was sent. The temperature was adjusted but still it did not chill. We left the property one day early, it was unacceptable. The agent said it was our fault the fridge did not work- we didn't close the door properly and refused any refund or part on the property. If you want to rent this property, check the fridge. Extremely disappointed by the way the agent handled the situation. A fridge is basic- not a luxury item. In this property make sure you read the manual on how to operate the fridge door. Otherwise consider the space an extra cupboard.

Not comfortable due to the very uncomfortable bed. A little money spent on apartment needed. NEW BED

The host was very polite. The location was good. Plenty of clean sheets and towels for the week.

When we arrived there was no one to give us the keys. I had texted the host to tell him when we were due but he never read it. After phoning him we had to wait almost 4 hours for him to show up with the keys, he was very apologetic and polite but after a very long day traveling it really was the last thing we needed. The price was great but I would have preferred to pay a little more for a comfortable bed, it really needs replacing.

Traumhafte Sandstrand-Lage

Tolle Lage am schönen Sandstrand. Es befindet sich eine Bar direkt am Strand, Dusche und öffentliche WCs. Die Küche ist gut für Selbstversorgung ausgestattet und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß in 10 Min erreichbar. Die Terrassen sind schön groß und alle sonnig bis in die Abendstunden. Es gibt Pool und Freizeitsportgeräte. In der Mitte ist eine tolle Plattform mit Bänken mit Blick aufs Wasser und bei guter Sicht bis Gibraltar.
