One of the best natural park locations in Marbella, with substantial seaside dunes, miles of lovely walking areas, easy access on highway, nearby supermarkets and other shops and services 3-5min drive, many roadside restaurants, nearby fabulous Santa Maria Golf Course 5-10 min, nearby acrobranch tree climbing course 5-10 min, water park 15-20 min drive, walk to Nikki Beach Club 10 min and Don Carlos Club 10min and many other beachside shabby chic restaurants. Drive to Marbella beachside strip from Marbella to Puerto Banos is about 10-15 minutes. Parking is free on street. The Unit is in excellent condition, and with nice styling, modern touches, huge flatscreen TV, great lighting, lovely terrace with auto-shade canopy, small river runs to lagoon, small charcoal barbeque, washer/dryer. Quiet location far from highway. Building complex is near beach and has two pools in the ampitheathre-like, terraced setting, very nicely designed. Easy walk to beach. Place is gated, so ask for at least 2 keys.

Although it looks like it could be a 4-5 star hotel, you must remind yourself this place is a condo - with a quiet atmosphere.

Super lokalita.

Nepořadek. Hodně zbytečných nevkusných věcí. Vlhkost v koupelně. Mizerné matrace i povlečení a peřiny. Pokud by majitel vyhodil spoustu zbytečných věcí, ukludil by a zajistil čisté a nové věci na spaní, bylo by to skvělé a moc rádi bychom se vrátili.
