SF Marbella Luxury Beach Apartment - Jardines de las Golondrinas

The apartment looks just like it does in te photos. All rooms are spacious and broght, and each has a balcony. A beautiful view from the terrace. It is 3 mun walk to the sea and 7 min walk to the famous Nykki Beach. There is a wonderful restaurant on the beach to the right, be sure to book in advance.is it always full. The food is magnificient. The apartment has everything you need. There is a truly magnificient pool with a bar on the premises.The area around the house is enclosed and the surroundings are very beautiful. We enjoyed taking walks in the evenings.I highly recommend that everyone stay in this apartment. And we will gladly com e again

I can not say anything bad

Der freundliche Eigentümer Pedro hat trotz verspäteter Ankunft kreativ für Übergabe + Einweisung gesorgt. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für 3 Pärchen, nur wenige Schritte bis zum Sandstrand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bus, Restaurants nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Toller Pool mit Bar + Essen.

Nichts, es war toll.

Bardzo blisko do morza, nad morzem restauracja i pasaż drewniany wzdłuż wydmy. Blisko do centrum handlowego oraz do innych restauracji. Dużo zieleni. Trochę pechowo spalił się im garaż podziemny a w trakcie naszego pobytu zwaliło się drzewo przed naszymi oknami ale już nastepnego dnia roboczego pojawiła się ekipa sprzątająca.

Apartament z centralną wentylacją, czyli jak ktoś jest to działa a jak nikogo nie ma to nie działa co było czuć w całym lokalu. Prawdopodobnie od dawna nie był używany lub winna jest pogoda bo polewało ostatnio. Okolica niezbyt spokojna - w trakcie pobytu dwie interwencje policji z powodu nocnych imprez w apartamentach po drugiej stronie ulicy (a to dopiero maj... i niewielu turystów)
