Great value, close location to Marbesa unbanization.

We used this hotel for a couple nights before we were able to move into our villa. All good, we knew what we were getting, the location was close to our villa, it was good thank you.

Beautiful location with nice restaurant apt clean and well equipped

The apt was clean and very well appointed. The view was spectacular. Stayed many times as very happy with it.

Great place for our girls trip

Great value. Spotlessly clean room, private with great balcony. Felt like home. Quiet apartments with other residents, most people were owners. Felt very safe. You need the key to open anything. Beautiful pool which is clean with a lifeguard when open. We did not try the indoor pool. Very professional and friendly check in staff at the hotel down the road who speak English. So easy to catch the bus to marbella or fuengirola (you will need cash)

Dated decor, not too bad but wouldn't be expensive to just update the decor a bit. Sheets uncomfortable on bed, quilt would be much better. Many things around hotel derelict or closed down so not lively at all nearby. But we went to marbella and fuengirola so this was okay. We also went to le papillon restaurant on the night which was nice. Pool opens only for a short time, outside of this it is locked. Beach near hotel not good at all, rocks in water, lots of erosion. We decided not to go and I am not a fussy person. Residents are very fussy about noise, so we felt more worried than a hotel (we were not very loud).

Great resort and location but staff could be friendlier

The second apartment was great, spacious bedroom and living room, sunny and warm even at night (no need for heating even though there is A/C and a heater), great view to the garden, pool and sea, fully equipped, great terrace. Great resort, beautiful area, a residential area with nice houses, a short walk to the beach and surrounded with parks and a camping (closed in the winter). Good location midway between Marbella and Fuengirola. We booked for one week but ended up staying 6.

The staff at the reception. The first night, the system assigned us an apartment on the first floor with no views to the garden even though it was specifically mentioned on booking. There was also no hot water until the next day - apparently they forgot to turn it on. When we went to the reception the next day, and a few more times later, the ladies at the reception were extremely cold, unpleasant, with a very uncooperative attitude. They grudgingly agreed to move us to a different apartment but we'd have to pay 50€ in cleanup fees. We refused since the assigned apartment didn't meet the description on Booking, and were ready to leave the property, primarily due to the unpleasant contact with the reception. After some back and forth with their back office, they ended up moving us to another apartment on a higher floor with a proper view to the garden without additional fees. We ended up extending our stay a few times for a total of 6 weeks. Another issue was they kept telling us we may have to move to a different apartment for each new extension we made to our stay. They said they couldn't tell us until the day of departure of each reservation. Changing apartments meant moving out by 11:00 and not moving into the next apartment before 16:00, so this perspective was a permanent stress during our stay as we made several successive reservations. Luckily, this great guy Antonio at the reception listened and understood our problem, he solved it in a very cooperative and professional manner by talking to the back office. As a result, we were able to stay the whole time in the same apartment, which we really loved.

- perfect location, just a few minutes walk to the beach - very nice view from the balcony - well equiped kitchen - very helpfull and nice staff (muchas gracias por todo) - there is a discount for hotel's restaurant which is located directly on the beach

- i think pillows could be a bit more comfortable but i guess this is a matter of taste, my partner didn't have any issues

Nice quiet area, close to beaches, supermarket, and bus stops. No nightlife

Apartment had everything one could need. Very clean, nice big shower. Lovely pool and gardens. Two supermarkets within walking distance, seemed expensive to me. Bus stop not far away, fares very cheap.

Better instructions on how to get in when the keys had been picked up. I walked around for ages and a lovely Spanish lady helped me. It would have been useful to know that I had a key to open the outside door, operate the lift, which entrance to use. I came across another couple with the same problem.

location was really pretty...quiet and very well tended. The only thing I would add is that it is quite far from local towns so you would need to find out about buses or car share if you didn't have a car. There is a little supermarket very close to the apartment. really enjoyed staying here

Great hotel, poor location

This hotel is good, comfortable room, amazing view and big balcony with a rack to hang your towels and such. The pool area is cosy, but pool appeared to be heated or maybe because of the weather the water got too hot, I would prefer it a bit colder as it was very hot outside. The hotel staff in the other hotel where we went to get out room keys were lovely! I think one of the was called Anton, he gave us amazing service and happily answered all of our questions.

Not the best location! Maybe if you go by car or taxi but we had to take the bus to marbella old town which took around 45 min! also bus came like every other hour, so not very convenient. The beaches at this area were not the best unfortunately, they had some restaurants and a super market by the beach which was a 10 min walk from the hotel but nothing in the hotel area. We left early because of this reason and went back to malaga, so our 7 days stay at marbella only lasted for 4 days. But if you come here with a car I think you will like it, we took a taxi one of the days to old town which only took like 15-20 min.

The apartment was more spacious than we thought it would be and clean. The pool was amazing and we had a sea view, which was beautiful.

There was a smell from the cooker but after a couple of days that subsided. The air conditioner didn't work but we went to reception and they had it fixed by the time we got home. There was boy much to do here and onky one restaurant. You really need a car to explore the surrounding area properly but the bus stop wasn't too far
