Charming Apartment with Sea Views

The accomodation is very large for a 1 bedroom flat. The views are stunning, with 2 superb, large balconies letting you have the sunrise in the Bedroom and sunset from the lounge. The shower is super powerful. Lovely. The 2 single beds were comfortable. There is a lot of furniture and plenty of storage space. There is a useful laundry room with washing machine, however its in the Bedroom, so can only be used at certain times. The views are awesome from their position on floor 4. The grounds and pool look lovely.

Clutter. There is stuff everywhere, in draws and cupboards. Some of the furniture definitely needs an update (bathroom draws for example). So many lights did not work (kitchen) or bulbs were missing. The one TV is small for the size of the flat. The kitchen is the big let down. It's so small. When you bring in the portable oven from the Laundry room, you have almost zero work surface. For our 4 night stay in December (for a couple), it was absolutely fine, but if a family or staying for a longer stay, it could be a real challenge.

L'appartement est bien situé, bien agencé et confortable. La vue est magnifique du salon et de la chambre. La résidence est calme et familiale. La piscine est très agréable dans un cadre de verdure calme et familiale. La plage est accessible à quelques minutes à pied ainsi qu'un petit supermarché

La cuisine est petite et a le matériel minimum pour préparer les repas ( 3 plaques électriques, un petit four et un four a microonde), pour des vacances ça passe.

El mobiliario estaba mal conservado, armarios llenos de enseres y trastos que imposibilitan su uso. La cocina con electrodomésticos poco útiles, ya que la placa portátil no funcionaba con las ollas y sartenes existentes, y el otro fogón eléctrico, lento. La nevera demasiado pequeña y el congelador inutilizado por hielo. Sin campana de humos. El sofá-cama muy incómodo, sin almohadas, sólo cojines. En las fotos del anuncio había 2 televisores, pero sólo hay uno en el salón. El baño interior muy anticuado e incómodo. Sólo tuvimos contacto con el anfitrión a través de mensajes, y con respuestas tardías o no contestadas.
