About this apartment rental
This perfectly located apartment for 4 people, which is part of a small complex located on the beach, has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The large bedroom has a double bed followed by a bathroom with bath, toilet and 2 sinks.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and next to it is another bathroom with shower, toilet and 1 sink.
Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans.
Upon arrival, the beds are made and bath linen is ready.
The well-equipped kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, ... The washing machine is in the separate storage room.
The open plan sitting and dining room has a dining table and chairs for 6 people. In the seating area there is a 3-seater & 2-seater; LED TV with international channels. You can use free WIFI in the apartment.
The living room opens onto the spacious outdoor terrace with table, 6 chairs and parasol. Via a staircase (with a lockable door) you reach the path to the swimming pool, the beach and the chiringuito.
The pool bar is open from mid-June to mid-September where you can also get some snacks.
Several chiringuitos, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within a maximum 5-minute walk. The bus stop to Marbella is also nearby, a car is not necessary but sometimes convenient.
If you want some bling, Nikki Beach is 500m across the beach.

Wunderschöne Wohnung, top ausgestattet, ideale Lage mit direktem Strandzugang. Gute Betreuung vor Ort durch Isabel, sie hat sich sofort um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Kommen gerne wieder.

Location parfaitement conforme à la description.
L'appartement est très agréable. Le mobilier est soigné et la cuisine très bien équipée.
La location étant au rez de chaussée, la vue n'est pas dégagée mais reste agréable (vue sur le jardin et un petit bout de mer sur le côté). La terrasse donnant directement dans le jardin est appréciable car cela permet d'aller et venir rapidement à la mer ou à la piscine.
Isabel, qui s'occupe de l'accueil est très disponible et arrangeante.
Plusieurs bars et restaurants de plage ainsi que deux supermarchés à quelques minutes à pied de la location...bref tout était parfait.
