Horrible stay and ruined my entire trip

The towels were dirty, no proper communication and the bed was broken , when asked for a refund they refused to go through with it and I had to suffer for the entirety of my stay, also there was a lot of mold around the whole apartment and I got a severe reaction to it and when complained the host simply said they can’t give the refund , oh and my the way for 3 days we had no electricity!!

Stay away!

From cockroaches to weed you name it. The apartment (which was actually just a room) did smell like a smoker room. It probably didn't really help that the people next door seem to supply the hood with cannabis. After getting finally rid of the smoke smell the mold smell came through which comes from the wet walls which had been just painted over. The toilet didn't flush properly and some rubbish was left at the apartment (empty cans and food) when I arrived. It took the agency 3 days and multiple messages to come and sort that out and to do something about the cockroaches.

Nothing to be liked in this property

We had a very disappointing stay at this property. The walls had visible mold, and the strong smell made it very difficult for my 15-year-old son to breathe or sleep properly throughout the night. In addition, the bedroom door is made of glass, so outdoor light came through all night and disturbed his sleep even further. The bed was already in bad condition when we arrived. It broke completely on the second night, When we informed the property manager, we were told nothing could be done because it was a public holiday. No solution, no help , leaving us with no other choice but to sleep on the flour. The worst part: after our stay, €300 was taken from my deposit and in an email the property explained that it was because we broke the bed. When I questioned this on WhatsApp, the manager arrogantly replied “perfect” and insisted I had to pay because I was supposedly the “first guest.” That is a lie – there are clearly reviews from previous guests. It seems obvious she wants guests to cover the cost of her new furniture
