Nice location, close to supermarket and restaurants, 5 min to beach by car, inside space quite big, there is also one unerground parking but didn't use since there were parking spaces on front.

The stove is a litle bit old ;) , private garden not so well mainteined.

as we arrived the bathroom in the guest bed was not working. there was water all over the floor. they responded quickly to fix it but it took them 2 days to fix. and in the meantime we had in less bathroom and not being able to shower or use that bath.

The apartment was very clean, great location, just across from the supermarkets. The beach was just over a mile away, and easy walked to. The bus stop was just across the bridge, and uber was quick and handy. Tricky Ricky's was a great spot to eat out. The 2 ladies that run the place were very nice and pleasant.

Pésimo lugar,sucio, todas los muebles viejos , sillones vencidos pero lo peor fueron las camas, eran de resortes y con bases metálicas, cuando llegamos estábamos cansados del viaje y no dormimos por la calidad de las camas, de verdad una porquería, solicité el departamento para 3 personas y solo me dieron 2 cobijas, pésimo lugar vikingos debería no rentarlo de verdad pésimo

Muy sucio, muy viejo, todo roto, las persianas cierran ,las ventanas tampoco, cierran, el techo del baño destrozado, la nevera con un olor a putrfacto, la lavadora no funciona y llena se agua, la terraza de la cocina no se pudo usar de la basura que tenía, la puerta de jardín sin llave

Grosse Räume, Tiefgarage, Gutes grosses TV, Super WiFi, gute Lage für Geschäfte & Restaurants. Sehr zentral für Golfplätze. Lage in sich ruhig. 2 Schlafzimmer = Platz für 4-Köpfige Familie. Preis/Leistung ok.

Wohnung hat stark nach Hund gerochen! Nach 1 Woche lüften war der Geruch weniger aber noch da. Ehebett nur 1,40m breit! Sehr harte Matratze. Viele kaputte Sachen wie Fensterhebel, Türklinken... Viele Kleinteile fehlten i.d. Küche: Kaffeebecher, Löffel... Garten ungepflegt mit schimmelige Stuhlauflagen. Shiebefenster lässt sich nicht abschliessen. Heizung / Klima schwer zu bedienen und keine Anleitung. Sehr hellhörig - Mit laute Nachbaren hat man verloren. Staubsauger kaputt. Wäscheständer fällt auseinander.

VIVIENDA MEDIOCRE A PRECIO DESORBITADO Y EL SERVICIO DE LA AGENCIA TRAS LA ESTANCIA LAMENTABLE

El alojamiento no estaba apto para que nadie se alojara, estaba inhóspita y muy dejada, en las fotos de publicidad se aprecian alfombras, colchas etc y no había absolutamente nada. Una habitación con el Estore roto y que no sube, ni entraba la luz ni podíamos ventilar y hay que encender la luz con colchones viejos con muelles rotos.El Store de la habitación principal hace entrar la luz y la ventana rota y no se podía abrir para ventilar . La cocina muy vieja y El frigorífico sin luz. Sin menaje. La terraza no se podía usar, el mobiliario estaba putrefacto y por la noche totalmente a oscuras. Paredes sucias. Tv sin sintonizar. Armarios sin pomos. Mesa de noche rota. Vivienda mediocre y el precio como si fuera una casa de lujo. Tras ponerlo en conocimiento de la empresa que lo gestiona, nos indican que tenemos razón y que nos devuelven parte del importe para resarcir daños pero nos tiene dos meses reclamando y deciden no coger el teléfono y no responder los mensajes enviados.
