A bit confusing to locate perhaps in the info you could include location beside orange tree restaurant also that the door actually at back/side of a restaurant as if u arrive during a busy evening like we did it’s difficult to locate

The location of this apartment is great - right in the heart of the Old Town. The general facilities (kettle, microwave, hairdryer etc. etc.) all worked and were relatively modern.

The decor and workmanship internally was tired and pretty basic. The bath was rusty in places and water leaked through the shower screen onto the floor. The stairwell to the apartment is dark and steep - not suitable for people with mobility issues. Intermittent WiFi service.

The location was lovely, right in the old town. Next to a cute & busy square. One thing to note is that it’s pedestrian only, you cannot drive to the apartment or near it to drop luggage, so it’s something to be aware of. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and silverware and a kettle. Unlike other reviews, there was not wine or coffee there when we arrived. The A/C worked well, which was wonderful in July! It was very very clean. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable.

We did not get the unit we booked. We booked the Deluxe Apartment which is listed on the website as one bed in the bedroom and 2 sofa beds. We were given a unit with one sofa bed. I specifically selected one with three total beds (1 bed, 2 sofa beds). When I reached out to the host, they incorrectly stated that is what I booked. I will attach photos to verify. They offered no solution and eventually stopped responding altogether. Not good hosting. I understand they didn’t have a replacement available but there ought to have been some effort at apologizing or refunding a portion or trying to at least make some recognition that they had made a mistake. Very disappointing.
