Location was good. Communication from the host was ok but not very helpful prior to arrival.

The space was very run down and needed a lot of work, for example the bathroom rail to hang your towel fell off it touched and the bed was uncomfortable. Also a cat did a disgusting poo on the front door mat in our corridor the morning we left - really disgusting!

Fantastic location minutes from the old town. We hired 3 apartments, all basic but clean & comfy. Perfect for what we needed. Would 100% stay again as fantastic value for money.

Penthouse red room outdoor space could have been cleaner & not as pictured (sunloungers old and tatty). But fine for the 2 nights we stayed.

The apartment was clean, but the entrance was on a derelict road and not as advertised.

Noisy guests partying at 4 AM., cars and motorbikes going past onto the street. Walls are fragile and not any good for more than one night

Location of property was fantastic in the old town very close to restaurants, cafes and shops etc.

I received multiple electric shocks from the kitchen appliances during my stay. These shocks were fairly severe travelling the entire length of my arm. I informed the property of these issues and was told to stop using the appliances immediately and someone would be sent around to fix the issue. Later that day when I returned to the property I messaged the property to ask if the appliances were now safe to use and was told that yes all appliances are now safe. I attempted to use the microwave and received the largest shock of my stay which was incredibly painful and travelled all the way up my arm. This was a terrifying experience and I immediately messaged the property again stating the problem had not been fixed at which point they informed me they had made a mistake and they hadn’t even sent someone to fix the issue. I was initially not going to leave a review as I wanted to leave this experience in the past however I have been experiencing persistent numbness and intermittent tingling in my right arm in the weeks since my stay and shocks. I have spoken with a doctor who has informed me this most likely due to permanent damage caused by the electric shocks I received during my stay. As I may now have permanent nerve damage I felt it pertinent to warn other travellers of this as I wouldn’t want anyone to experience the same as I have.

Very close to the Old Town of Marbella and great property for couples!

The location was 10/10. The property is close to a bigger parking lot and it made the trip so much easier with free parking. The property inside was nice to stay in. Very comfortable bed and couch and strong A/C with many functions.

The kitchen utilities were a bit limited but manageable.

Won’t be coming back

No cleaning services were provided so we had dirty towels, bedding and full bins for a full week. The host ignored our request for clean sheets and toilet roll. The place had ant infestations because the bins were full

Do noot book if you want to sleep in peace, not worth the money

Only the staff.

DO NOT BOOK! first of all all the things that they promised are lies. They said there was ”security 24/7” there was none. They showed on tye site the rooms and how it looked inside when our room was BEHIND THE WHOLE BUILDING ALONE. You can literslly hear everyone and everything, the neihbours upstairs and outside were loud, i got total 3h sleep every night, the room has weird smell,the machine didnt work, and when asleep theres a led lights that if u turn off they still are bright,and rverytime someine from the byilding flushes the toilet u hear it, so on top of THE LOUD UPSTAIRS PEOPLE AND EVERYONE ELSE OUTSIDE that wasnt nice at all.the only thing good was the owner was nice and helpful, but if u are a light sleeper not even ear plugs will help. Also the uber never came at the right adress, since the road was one way they never wanted to put up wirh it and they always came to wrong adress.

Good choice

Wonderful location. A lovely street in the old town, a few minutes walk from town and seafront. Apartment was compact and very well equipped: fridge, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, hob, pots and pans, iron and ironing board, and even a washing machine and clothes drying rack. Sofa bed in lounge area. There were welcome snacks and a big bottle of water, plus mini shampoos etc, and washing up liquid, sponges, cloth. I liked the pebbly non-slip floor in the shower! Two good shower heads. Overall a good use of a small space

The bathroom had no shelves or racks to put anything, and only one hook. Easily remedied I'd have thought. There was a strong smell in the bathroom but this could be contained by ensuring that the door was kept shut. I'd have liked a bedside lamp.

Very poor

Positive: The location in the Old Town.

Negative: the house next this house is a construction site so banging sounds every day from 8 AM. First room we got was 2 bedroom but with impossible smell from kitchen. After 2 days we finally got another room. Only 1 bedroom but nice room. We left early for the constant construction noise. No partial discount for smell, smaller room or noise, so we feel we paid way too much for what we got.

Extremely disappointing

Location was excellent in the heart of the old town.

The flat clearly wasn't clean. There was a huge spider's web above the cooking facilities which had been there for a long time judging by its size. A large amount of hair had also been left in the bathroom by the previous guests. There was a complete lack of light in the apartment. It was dark all day until at night when a large light over the bed reflected and made it extremely difficult to sleep. In the kitchen there was no chopping board or towel to dry plates with. Really basic stuff and wouldn't be hard for the owners to add these items.

We were really satisfied with bathroom and plate full of breakfast stuff for us. The whole accomodation smells very good. Perfect location.

The unclean floor, missing hair dryer although it was in discription, very small blank sheet for two people, only three toilets paper for 3 nights for 4 people, uncofortable sofa. It will be good to add some decoration to put a warm feeling in the accomodation :)

the location is perfect, its close to the old town, the promenade and the beach, its not difficult to find a parking spot nearby. The check in and check out were smooth

the description said the breakfast was included but i wouldnt call it breakfast, it was just two small prefabricated toasts for 2 people for 4 nights with tea and coffee, also there could be more coffee capsules available. The bed was not very comfy but was okay for a few nights

I loved the room

The room was super nice everything we needed was there, the host is truly polite and nice. Location was amazing and easy to get cars next to it, we can walk to the port or old town minutes away, so many restaurants, shops and groceries are around. It’s a new kind of vibe the room is in a Spanish neighborhood so you can hear all Spanish people around all time, the host was always available to call or text and ready to help. We loved it.

Nice option for couples/families

The apartment was large and fully functional, re: closet space, nice shower, etc. Excellent internet connection. The location is good, about 4 minutes from the main pedestrian street with a nice selection of restaurants. The street is closed at the end so there are few passing cars. It was nice to be able to leave my suitcase after check-out to be able to continue visiting until my flight.

There is construction on Calle Postigos right now, so it was a bit of a mess in terms of finding/getting to the apartment and getting the key. And of course, there was the noise of the construction (and barking dogs) in the morning. This is temporary, of course. Note that there is no/no cleaning of the apartment, i.e., the guest has take out the garbage, etc. It says "breakfast included" but in my view, a pack of Melba toast and jam with coffee is not really breakfast. This was not a good option for me (I would have preferred to pay a bit more and have the services offered by a hotel), but I can see that it would be nice for a couple or small family needing the amenities of a home or having a lot of beach/child gear.

I was scolded by the boiling water that came out of all the taps one day I had to wait one hour to get in the building and nobody to help, only neighbours. the first few days I had no wifi connection.

La proximité de la vieille ville. Très pratique quand a peu de temps à passer dans la ville. La façade de la maison et les fleurs dans le rue.

L'odeur de moisi et le peu d'equipement. Les draps avaient ils bien été changé dans le cluc clac ??? Pas très confortable d'ailleurs. Rien pour poser ses affaires dans la salle de bain.
