RENOVATED HOUSE IN OLD TOWN MARBELLA.

locatie is uitstekend , in het oude stadsgedeelte, sfeervol uitzicht op de oude stadsmuur vanaf het dakterras

bedden wel redelijk smal voor grote Nederlanders ;-) , de tuinset op dakterras is stuk en moet vervangen worden

Fantasztikus apartman😎🤗☺️. Nekünk nagyon tetszett. 5-en voltunk. 4 szoba, kettő az emeleten kettő a földszinten, ahol még egy nappali is található, ott is lehet aludni. 😊🙂 Teraszos házikó. Old town 2 perc sétára, igazából ez az apartman is ott van. Semana santa (Szent hét) idején voltunk, így a teraszról néztük a körmenetet. A ház előtt mentek el. Imádtam. A földszinti szobában extra kényelmes az ágy. Az utca zaja is behallatszik, aki rosszabb alvó annak zavaró lehet. Kettő fürdőszoba. Egy csiga lépcső visz fel az emeletre, ami elég keskeny. A tengerpart nagyon közel.

Az egyetlen nehézség a parkolás. A lakás mögötti utcában van egy ingyenes parkoló, ami jó, de vadászni kell a helyet. Március végén volt mindig egy hely. 😊

Dobra lokalizacja, czysto. Ogólnie ok.

The location is perfect! There is plenty of space for 6 adults. The kitchen and living rooms are well equipped.

The single room was dirty, rubbish under the bed, dirty sheets. They did send a cleaner right away when informed, however this should not have happened. The rooms upstairs are particularly warm, despite air con in one room. The terrace is lacking, the furniture is tired and broken. Doesn't appear as advertised. When we had an issue on the third day with the terrace door which had jammed closed, the staff refused to come out until the following day, this was an issue as we had clothes and towels drying on the terrace, which they didn't offer to replace and so people were having to share towels. There are no mirrors in three of the four rooms which could he easily resolved. This was an issue with a group of girls getting ready. There is no full length mirror. Be careful when paying a security deposit, I've had to contact my bank to get this money refunded as the company said they had released the funds when they hadn't.
